Exactly. They need to set out how they will monetise the huge potential here. Probably an update on funding will include details of building the froth floatation and processing plant, as briefly mentioned in the RNS. This development is going to make serious investors sit up and take notice.

So the worst case scenario is the MR isn’t supportive of mining taking place, and a license isn’t given. We have to accept that. But that wouldn’t be in keeping with the data the company has released. Both its own bore samples, and the other development taking place near by.

If I’m wrong I’m wrong, and will have to live with it. But I think (obvs don’t know) this is unlikely.

It’s obviously possible to place at a premium with or without warrants. The potential here is clearly massive. That might be a way forward.

Please don’t take this as FUD, deramping, trolling, or anything like that. Could the financial position of the company have anything to do with this unexpected, unwarranted, drop?

· Total revenues of US$2.1m for the period (H1 2023: US$3.3m) reflect the significant decrease in the price of vanadium pentoxide between the two reporting periods.

· Overall loss for the period of US$3.99m (H1 2023: loss of US$1.53m).

· Cash balance of US$2.5m at the period end and US$1.1m as at 20 September 2024.

The company used US$1.4 m in the 3 months between end of June and end of September 2024. If it only has US$1.1m remaining - I honestly don’t know if they have any other reserves - then they will need to sort finance to remain a going concern.

Fingers crossed this is via bonds and not share dilution.

DL said the MMs were short of stock, not a short squeeze in the traditional sense. But it does mean, if true, that the MMs will be desperate for shares. As said below, they either trigger stop losses, or significantly raise the price. If they do the latter then some will sell but plenty will want to buy a climbing stock, forcing it higher. So the end result is nearly the same as a short squeeze - I hope!!

4-6 million is insignificant as a percentage of the 8.61 billion shares ORCP has in circulation. DL should know this, and I’m guessing, isn’t expecting people to check. An interesting way of sending support for the company, shares, and shareholders.

The accounts will come with statements from the Chairman and CEO. Hopefully this will contain the details that has justified a doubling of the placement price. Something has clearly changed. For once it’s in the shareholders’ interest!

Sounds like this final top up was needed to sign off the ‘going concern’ part of the accounts.

Reading between the lines, GlobalVision must have reported back significantly good news to justify a placing at 12p vs the 6p in August.
