Another benefit: ABISS is physically located within the EU. Access to the single market without all of the cross border checks and regulations. This has to make ‘doing business’ that much easier. All in all an excellent acquisition.

Please don’t take this as deliberately argumentative. Market Makers, God love them, typically change the sp to that of a placing price. So their default will be 6p. Fingers and everything crossed there is good reason for that not to be the case.

Statements from the Chairman and CEO in the audited accounts, together with RNSs about oil flowing and incoming being generated, will send ‘the market’ the right message.

Opportunities for Structural Heart would be providing AurTex or getting bought out. I can’t see anything else that Structural Heart can offer. So still very much in play.

It’s odd to test a product for a year, pass all the tests, and then decide it’s not a priority for the testing company. The good news: all the tests have been passed, AND it’s led to improvements in the product.

The bad news is obviously no ongoing deal. Has the HV manufacturer found a better product? Please don’t take that as fud / deramping. Or has it simply changed its mind on developing a new valve?

Going forward, we’ve got a better product than a year ago. Let’s see who’s going to be interested.

Not surprised there’s been an initial drop in sp. Some people are bound to have wanted a quick profit on news about a commercial deal for Aur Tex. They’re failing to see the good outweighs the bad in this RNS. A solid, growing, soon to be profitable company.

I have re-read the RNS today. I don't think it's that bad just a bit annoying that's all. The Comms from DL, Tom and the company via RNS, social media and an email shared on telegram group has shown they are being professional and they have now updated us all and they have sent out decent Comms.

So now it's just a waiting game. I feel the sentiment has improved a lot overnight. There's only a few negative nancies but overall people realise that this wasn't that bad of an RNS but the delay will annoy people including me to some degree. Either way I still think PPP are going to really deliver for their shareholders, I would prefer good operational news before relisting though. We need some good RNS to underpin our SP and let it re rate accordingly.

Maybe it's going to be another month or two but we will hear some operational updates soon enough and on accounts. GL all.”
