@SFH300 - i would be more inclined to beleive the figures here, H&L are, quite frankly shocking, and provide a poor service in regards to information like this.

I've complained numerous times regarding out of date chart information, and even their live prices are off as well. Here's one of the replies i got regarding charts....

"Regarding our share charts, whilst they do update every 15 minutes in 1 minute intervals they rely on new price points being confirmed to connect the previous price point, it will only show the last trade as a price point. It won't show a new price point until another trade is confirmed to the stock exchange."

basically, you can't trust data from H&L and for anyone looking for info like broker ratings, or dialy trades forget it, they've simply stopped providing those, along with anything else useful.

whats our notified share issue currently, circa 2,181m and the money in was £264 million GROSS, so that 12p estimate is going to be slightly high, as you've not included any fees, or the NET figure we actually get from the deal, i'd say we are more likely to see closer to half that figure

I love how after trading we get the proposal RNS and before trading starts again we get a results RNS !!

looks like both here and at AVCT there was a small spike at the end of trading boosting the sp up higher than it had been all day

nope, only thing i can think of is market sentiment, and potentially the view we may not ever see the money owed, plus there is the possibility that with boris binning testing requirements for travel, that there is a line of thinking that says the test kit income wont be worth the cost, but i'm not sure that's enough of a reason for the dip.

I don't have access to the level two books, but if it's as you say then a little more of a dip tomorrow and i think i will top up, has to bottom shortly right!?!...

this bit i call BS on, they have made it harder now since oct/nov, as they are no longer handing out free kits, but are trawling all your personal info and contact data before issuing a code for a test kit

that answer would be acceptable if we weren't over 12 months into this situation of requiring huge test numbers, but if pushed i'm sure the reply would be something like "well we had to commit to long term contract or they would have accepted offers from elsewhere, leaving us unable to get what we needed" i'm still not convinced i trust the chinese at all in this whole debacle

I had my eyes on this and avacta, as they were linked by the lft test, and i've been watching avacta for a while as it has other irons in the fire not just covid related, but it's shareprice has been bouncing between 100 and 120 ish, but pre covid was very low in the 20-30 region i think, then spiking up on the covid test announcements to over 100, then on the lft test withdrawal news it slammed into the 60's and has only recovered to mid 70's and the more time goes by the more i'm wondering if it wont recover till news on it's other products comes through, this seemed less affected by the lft fiasco, in relation to pre and post sp, and i didn't think it would fall to mid teens, obviously never expect to buy in at the bottom, but an immediate 25% paper loss is annoying!

wrong again, oh well, only myself to blame here for not doing enough research.

yeah, i called this one wrong completely, bought in just below 21, now know that was a bad idea, so bottom draw or avg down? knew this was a risk, but should have gone with the other i was looking at... oh well, deal with decisions made i guess

it's not so much buy, watch it drop then sell at break even....

i bough in when the price was way way higher, JP era, and have then added more than i wanted to get the average down, and am not exactly comfortable with the current level of exposure/risk i have, unfortunately, it did raise enough for me to break even not long ago following purchases to average down, unfortunately i stupidly and optimistically held, thinking we'd turned the corner, and i stood a chance of some profit, since then i'm back in the red, and i see any upside news as likely to be short lived but potentially capable of getting my money back, but i do not foresee any reasonable return thereafter, therefore i've had enough of the BS being sprouted and the constant jam tomorrow that turns out to be crumbs, p.iss poor informational flow and updates, so will be gone as soon as i can exit without taking the paper loss I have had on this share for 90% of the time i've held it.

basically, enough is enough
