Dividend is exactly what i expected, and inline with policy and should not have come as a surprise, so i genuinely think there is something else in there that they do not like, and yes, depressing to see where the shareprice is right now, and even if i try and average down i'd still end up in the region of 30p over the current price.

yeah today was painful across the board, i really screwed the popoch buying into this one, absolutely no info from the BOD, very poor

i think the dividend is still in the capped period they announced last year (or 2020... i think i mentioned it in a post a few days ago) so i'm not expecting anything higher than the planned 7.3p that's not to say it's guaranteed to be that, it could be lower, but highly unlikely to be higher

yeah this is a painfull watch today, partly because i dont have any funds to buy with unless i liquify other things that are atill in the blue, but obviously not as much as they were yesterday.

a 50% increase from what is effectively a 5 year low point, which is pretty much where we've sat (albeit a smidgen lower at times) for what, the last 2 - 3 years, yeah sterling job that deserves the potential of hundreds of thousands in cash when they manage to get the SP off the floor and sell, probably stalling any rise in SP.

I fear the dividend will be reduced or capped/limited or potentially cancelled to support the II deal, and that for me will signal the sort of decline seen elsewhere when dividends are cut or suspended

Less than 50% is 2 fingers up from shareholders, me included, I did not take up the offer for a number of reasons
1. the poor ratio
2. no guaranteed over request (although as it turns out this would have been no problem)
3. p.iss poor discount price - I actually bought lower on the open market, and didn't catch the bottom.

Pausing/Cancelling the LFT is a danger, and i think the market may have priced some of that risk in already

I learned very early on, you can't catch a falling knife, or at least not without a small amount of pain. The question is whether you are prepared to suffer that pain, or wait for the price to start rising and then step on at that point.... if you can

I'd like to know if that money owed is for real, because if it is, why have they not started legal proceedings to recover it, the governemtn has screwed over diagnostic testing manufacturers in this country by paying china millions, and if they owe this money they should be forced to pay up. I am somewhat concerned that the BOD and CEO are not pushing this harder, unless it is not as ut and dried as it sounds, and i don't want to hear week a.ss excuses about not wanting to upset anyone, too late for that.

yeah, i'm starting to think that too, AVCT has been too slow with it's fix for the LFT, and this has fallen as a result i think, I bought in after that news, and then topped up on the subsequent fall, but today a >12% fall on no news is not a good look

yeah, i've seen that buy up on ramping/rumor then sell as soon as news comes before, but usually, the tactic with that would be to buy during the ramping, and plan for a smaller rise after news, and then bail, as a lot of it would have been factored in, but here, it seems it gets pumped up on rumor, then is it because the news isn't as wide reaching (number of holes) as expected or wasn't as earth shattering as some idiots were hoping for ?

a drop this morning after reading the RNS before looking at the shareprice, so that surprised me.

I wasn't expecting a huge gain, given the results were only for 2 holes (i was expecting more) but I sure wasn't expecting to see a slide in the price
