I'm fully confident there will be no further dilution. HE1 has cash and Colorada gives us an income stream, against which there should be no problem borrowing, if necessary in the future. TZ has billions of globally acquired investment capital available and I'm sure there is already cash on the table as part of the FS, and commercially confidencial reasons why it hasn't been released to the public yet.

ML offer has been granted by TZ. HE1 and their legal team will be studying the paperwork over the next few hours before taking up the offer.

The FS will be commercially sentitive as will any offers of JV but you can assume the viability of the FS as the ML offer would not have been granted otherwise.
