The FS could include information including financing, costing, GV's, placings or other info that could affect the market so they may be restricted in disclosure by financial regulation.

Without the skills and knowledge to extrapolate the data, the vast majority of investors wouldn't understand it anyway! More details are likely to follow the inevitable granting of the ML.
