That’s true, Folio. We have all witnessed the close ties between HE1 and TZ over the past year and expect the ML to be granted very soon. It was Lorna that suggested around 3 months, which is why expectations were for around Christmas, so nothing to do with ramping.

If I were a betting man I would suggest the ML be granted before the end of Jan 25.

All that Labour did was criticize the Tories, the public fell for it and we are in a worse position than before.

Toffers, there is minimal risk of refusal of an ML. They worked on this too hard to fail. I'd be guessing more like 90/10 in favour of granting the ML. Granting before end of 2024? Guessing at 30/70
