It doesn’t matter if the US income is ring-fenced. They can loan cash based on this income stream.

They will have no need for extra cash unless they want to accelerate production sometime after ML is granted and an expected hike in SP.

They have cash and an oncoming income stream. Placing highly unlikely, but if so, would be at a higher price than at present as it would follow good news.

If someone was metal detecting in your garden and all they found were a few old ring-pulls, you wouldn’t want a share.

On the other hand, if they found a seam of gold, you would be negotiating for a good percentage as it is your garden that’s being dug up. You would also help finance the JCB required to dig it out.

HE1 are in a stronger negotiating position as they have all the data and know exactly where to position their rigs. That’s the reason why the FS is the subject of a NDA.

In the case of the garden discovery. There would be nothing to stop you kicking the metal detectorist off your land and taking 100% of the profits.

Lorna et al have been very meticulous in their dealings with TZ to ensure no leakage of data that would enable someone else to undercut them.

The ML offer took longer due to the number of applications going through at the time , the unique play of this discovery and the size of area involved. Definitely not ‘humdrum’

A JV with TZ would be fantastic IMHO as it would work very much in favour of HE1, TZ and shareholders.

For all we know, an offer of JV could be an integral part of the ML offer, therefore due diligence is required before accepting it.

The CPR isn't really necessary but was suggested for the benefit of investors that keep harping on about the Feasibility Study.

They aren't exactly going it alone. The parent company they form is basically a JV with the TZ Government who have access to big bags of cash at low interest from foreign investors.

I like to think of myself as an investor (particularly in HE1), but on AIM you can't just sit on your investment. You have to take advantages of opportunities that will keep your average down.
