I think you are conflating two separate points here BB - the CPR will, typically at least, simply quantify and qualify gas reserves duration etc. Rarely will they opine of the extraction processes and their viability, expedience etc That is even more true in this in stance I believe as the BoD stated, at the last AGM, that due to the nature of the "basin" they would likely be using Hydrography and Hydrology experts for that CPR process as the Helium "basin" more closely resembles aquifers and similar water holding/producing structures than typical Gas Basins; the helium is not static but flowing (my words not theirs, so apologies for possible misuse). 😉

I seriously doubt that the TG have deep enough pockets Crypt - but local, East African Dev't banks will have.

I don't think there is any "likely" about it BB - it WILL be developed in stages. Hence the reference to "modular" production facilities linked to a phased programme for the drilling of 20 -30 wells.

Depends what you mean by a JV Sol. If you look at the earlier post regarding Clyde and project funding it suggests that an offtake partner arrangement is a pre-requisite for ML award - hence if you mean a JV with an offtake partner it is likely to already be in the bag. If you mean a farm-out partner or similar, I would suggest that it is somewhat premature, and for any number of reasons of which the CPR is just one.

Agreed McNol - far more likely, in my opinion, a "farm-out" to a helium major player for a considerable cash injection (and yes, at a large premium to the Rukwa NAV) .
