Well it would be lovely to think that wheels could or would turn that quickly Cleaner but, honestly, past experience suggests otherwise; why would this be any different?

The sp has now reached the same level as it sat on the morning of Phil's audience with the Science and Technology committee. The day that it rose by 25% or thereabouts with huge comparative volumes...... I rather hope the same thing does not happen this time but, with no audience and no Committee unlikely methinks.

Slow and steady offers a far better profile; though good trade volumes would be a positive sign.

Thanks Dave but unfortunately the BoD can spout off about H3 as long as they want, it is rather irrelevant until we can produce something; anything.... hence we need price sensitive news and not speculative soundbites.

I think your numbers understate the potential considerably. We have been to 30p without any partnership already and with broker targets at 32p and 37p respectively before any "deal". You could at least double your 30p and 50p expectations in either of the two events you mention and, in my view, should double them again.....

For a company that has over the course of the last 6 moths never failed to issue at least 8, yes, 8 RNS's and sometimes more the current month's total of 2 seems somewhat unusual - why no comment on the recent Temporary Permit rules? And why are we still waiting for the J7 results?

Personally I find it a little disturbing and, whilst we wait, the sp slides..... come on BoD let's get back to the verbal diarrhea, it is far more in character.

Strange, isn't it only a week or so ago a days with $+M volume and a 4% rise would have looked like a very good day but after this week's excitement it looks fairly tame!

Personally, I am happier with days like today and it would appear that we have consolidated at these levels. Maybe we can begin another slow and steady climb from here. Though, as ever, some news would be good - anything! Milestone payments, Modi trial update and who knows maybe, in the not too distant future news of a deal on one or more of our platforms.

You're not alone there ciaskin. Just hoping the slow but steady upward rise reappears as it was before Tuesday; that would be good.

EE, with 20.0p being the lowest trade price of the day, that trade was, presumably a SELL. If there is a holding RNS, will it be a divestment or an increase....?

@violindog. I now recognise that my earlier post was a little misleading I mentioned that my wife and I were down £120k in less than 24hrs (even more now!). But have to point out that not all was that "loss"was attributable solely to SCLP about 25% of that was down to PLSR which at that time was down about 10% on the day (recoverEd a little since).

I take your point on the funding round and, personally, don't think that is a likely option but it could certainly appear that way to many after Phil's comments on Nasdaq - which of course, as many have stressed, were made in the context of the Committee's remit and offer little insight on SCLP's own specific needs or intentions.
