RE: Don't get it11 May 2026 18:14
Only my opinion Van Van but, personally, I place a lot more value on that FDA approval and fast track than you appear to. Scancell has had tremendous potential for some considerable time but there have always been some significant "barriers" to their realising that potential. That FDA approval (and to a lesser extent the awaited UK and European equivalent) signals the removal of the biggest single hurdle that has stood in their way. Now, subject to funding those trials, which, for many, including me, would suggest is only a question of time. Phil L'H recently stated that the search for funding was progressing "at pace". Once that has been achieved there is absolutely no reason that SCLP will not, at long last, reach, or even exceed their advisers current forecast of 35p per share - an estimate, which, as roses and others have pointed out is due a significant upward revision - and that revision will happen as soon as funding is confirmed.
Above all of the above there is also significant speculation that, with FDA approval Scancell will be in the cross hairs of many a large US Pharma company that would love to add the Scancell portfolio to their own. Similar companies have recently been acquired for valuations many times that of Scancell's current Market Cap.
So, in short and as EE recently predicted there is a scramble for investors to get in ahead of the action; to wait for funding and NAV upgrades will be too late, let alone a potential Buyout.
