There would be a difference in the price 99% of the time - the broker or platform would want to pocket a small margin to cover their time and costs and, if the trade went through an external/ third party MM for completion a MM's margin too.

To suggest that just because any poster should not be justified in changing their opinion in the light of new information is simply ridiculous. The RNS of 7th March made it clear that there would be no JV until after the EWT and, maybe even a new drill, which many people here once, and probably even still, vigorously contest. If I had now become persuaded of that view would I not be perfectly justified in changing my opinion and my investment strategy? Fair play to Roger Jolly for being open and honest about it and explaining his change of opinion - many here will ramp the ar5e out of he1 until the cows come home, bail out, take their profits (or losses) never to be heard of again.

Fine if you are a ramper or a naysayer, you will always have your supporters and your detractors but, if you sit in the middle and offer criticism or support of any view objectively and without favour you will be derided by both parties equally. Quite right asimpleinvestor I have seen it 2 or 3 times and I do not believe continued failed attempts does the cause much good; quite the contrary, it simply indicates that, at best, very few people give two hoots or at worst the majority of investors are against it.

And RJ as you will know having listened to SS interview recently, if He1 discussions are similar to NHE's, those discussions are for funding, or sharing future Capex costs for any off take or production facility not for exploration or appraisal costs.

It is far more likely that it would be considered "market manipulation" through the issuing of false rumours as facts with the specific intention of influencing the He1 share price one way or the other...
