The only comment that I would lie to make is that it would have made more of a point if it wasn't aimed solely at the so-called naysayers. There are just as many culprits on the other side of that equation. Your earlier statement could just as easily have read;

I could not agree more Reserved - I simply posted that comment as a riposte to those who were claiming that the report in some way vindicated their uber positive, deny all negatives posturing. It doesn't, it is a balanced and considered document that highlights all the possibilities but without denying or obscuring the evident uncertainties and risks involved.

For your information I have downloaded the Liberum Analysts report and have read all but the last few pages of the thirty page report. And for your information is NOT universally positive and includes the current risks - one of which is

Chesh, I would point you to the company's own words in the most recent RNS:

"Helium One is currently working towards an EWT in Q3 2024 on Itumbula West-1 in order to confirm flow rates and the fluid composition. Conditional upon these results, the Company will then be in a position to advance discussions with off-takers and industry partners and will help determine the design of any future production facility.

Note the words "Conditional upon these results" - that is conditional on the results of the EWT..... Now you might have a totally different interpretation of those words or maybe think that the BoD are trying to pull the wool over shareholders eyes but, personally, I am just prepared to accept them at face value and take my board's word for it.

Oh and Torreaguas, just in case you missed it He1 raised Capital in September, December and February = three times inside of 6 months, so to suggest that just because they raised in February there won't be another raise soon does not really bear scrutiny. Indeed, based on recent form we should be expecting one this month!

We have been told explicitly that there will be no JV until after the EWT and, if the JV and off-take conversations that NHE have been holding are mirrored by our own, those discussions were to find a partner or partners to fund or part fund downstream Capex requirements - that means production and off-take facilities and NOT well testing and appraisal drilling.

So Chesh we will be holding that baby for that lot.

So Torreaguas what is soon? I think the company will need to raise before the EWT in Q3 - so that means anytime within the next three months or so if the EWT begins in July. That is pretty "soon" in my book - but no need to raise before confirmation of the basin modelling and resource estimates, which I hope will give the sp a boost in advance of that raise.

But wyndrum I do not believe that they will be in a position to make that declaration until it is confirmed by an EWT and, maybe, a new appraisal well - so In my view they will have to raise before making that declaration.

What I am hoping is that they release the results of their Basin Modelling and resource estimates ahead of that raise to help with the sp minimise the discount and dilution for that raise.

Torreaguas are you deluded or illiterate? Have you actually read the RNS from the 7th February? So a month after the company's year end the company raise £4.7m and why? See below.

So Torreaguas the placing now gives the company sufficient working capital to plan and determine the nezt stage of the work programme NOT enough capital to complete it!

These are the compny's own words Torreagaus. If you choose to disbelieve the company it is up to you but don't expect everyone to fall for your simplistic nonsense. Why did the company raise another £4.7m in February if the £7m they had at the end of December was sufficient in itself to plan and determine the work programme? Because it wasn't!!

So when there is a raise in the coming weeks and months are you coming back to apologise to everyone for misleading them?
