Bridgedogg as EWT is not due until Q3 (July -September) I rather hope that there is more news than just that. However I suspect that of your list below the only one we will get between now and then is the resource estimates and subsurface modelling. That might coincide with an update in whether and is so where they intend to drill another well but even if o that will not have a major impact until they give us a date for drilling it.

We already know from LB's interview that they will be having discussions with "partner" in parallel with the modelling but she also told us that they could not conclude those discussion until competing the modelling and EWT, so I am really not expecting to see any meaningful progress on that front until EWT is out of the way.

But also between now and EWT, in my view, news on our next fund raise!

I have read all of the RNS's thanks LB and I will use those to inform my own view; the one expressed below. "No-one knows their future plans" - yes LB they do. They are going to do an EWT in Q3 and maybe drill another well. It is perfectly reasonable to as how they are going to fund that work programme.

Agreed orslega - at least I am hoping so. But that is the outcome that I too am anticipating. Let's hope that it is not an inconclusive or disappointing outcome; all information to date suggests that it should be quite the opposite.

Negotiations for what exactly? JV and future downstream Capex funding? Listen t LB interview those negotiations are contingent on the outcome of the EWT and and Appraisal well to inform and confirm the modelling.

Rather than presume that the funding is "more than likely going to be used for......" I suggest that rather than speculate about what ot may or may be used for it would be a better idea to believe the words of our own board , delivered in the RNS - that tells us exactly what it is for.

Yes Bridgedogg but read the below extract from that RNS:

"The company led placing provides the Company with sufficient working capital to progress its planning for the next stage of the work programme in Tanzania............... This placing enables the Company to determine the next stage of its work programme following the success of the Tai-3 and Itumbula West-1 exploration wells."

That raise covers the "planning for the next stage of the work programme" and "this placing enables the Company to determine the next stage of its work programme".

So it funds the basin modelling and resource calculations and (though not specifically mentioned cost of BAU) etc but not the actual work programme itself. By implication therefore we will need further funds to complete any work programme; that being the EWT and maybe, a further Appraisal drill.

If it works on a "matched bargain" basis it would be at least two transactions - but in any event, trade or trades of below £1000 in value.

Here's hoping for a better day today on the sp front.

Good grief. No niknak, the last thing on this planet that I want is for the company to be delisted and, what is more, I do not think that a serious prospect but that would be the ultimate outcome of the strategy called for by Goodluck4uall.

Buying shares that have already been "issued", that is those that are already on the market does not "feed" anyone but the MM's who earn a margin in trading them. It is only newly issued shares that the company receives capital from and it has been a bloody long time since the shareholders were given the chance to buy any new shares with any recent fundraise.

If no-one were to buy shares from "the market" the only thing that would happen would be that the sp would continually fall, the company would find it ever more difficult to raise funds and, eventually would run out capital. Net result the company gets delisted or goes into administration. What a great result that would be for all concerned.

Agreed OakhamFlyer. I don't believe that any form of charting is worth a toffee for Aim shares and questionable even for larger MC stocks with greater liquidity.

Either of the two outcomes above are equally likely in my view, so better to wait for an obvious "reversal" (if you believe in such things) or, better still, just wait for news. I know which I will be doing.

I could not agree more Basil with your rhetorical question "How close is "the near future"?". It needs to be soon in my opinion because without it there seems to be very little keeping this sp "afloat" (apart from all the hot air from the PubCrawl brigade - who are conspicuous by their absence btw).... Those that decided to take their cash off the table and sit it out for a while may be proven to have been very wise, if not.
