Does a deal for Investigational Antibodies:

Tilos was founded by Boehringer Ingelheim Venture Fund and Partners Innovation Fund, based on discoveries by the laboratory of Dr. Howard Weiner at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Additional investment was provided by ShangPharma Innovation Fund.'

It was more a case of an adjuvant was needed to reduce the dose 100 fold... the original dose being 'impractical' and indeed some outside 'vaccine manager' advised on that.... I think we would be surprised at some of the people and conversations scancell have over their platforms.... We know of some people already Sahin... Mellman being the two biggies but the way scancell plucked 2 expert staff seemingly from out of thin air too!... Also that link I gave with insight into the Glycans there are outside names there too... Seattle Genetics being one...

I think RG managed to get into the FT a couple of times... and once rather funnily enough was an article that was about the Woodford fund and bio funding... If I remember rightly RG had a little dig at Woodford in as much as it was almost as if you did not get invested in by a few funds everyone overlooked you... Woodford turned out to be a wideboy and scancell science has only ever added value to its IP I'm sure there are many more people with the funds who now know about and get what it is scancell are about than there ever were.... We can somewhat thank the CI's and the boom they have created for a lot of that but we know CI's are just the beginning of this revolution and very far from perfect treatments but when the previous treatments were even more dire anything that comes along and improves on past treatments is going to have value.

There is some confusion about one of RG's tweets about ImmunoBody and moditope vaccines being potential combo partners for Checkpoint inhibitors... modi1 will be trialled as a monotherapy simply as pre-clinically it has 100% tumour destroying efficiency that may change with the trial data and as a fuller clinical understanding as scancell themselves say now in RNS's ...' Moditope® alone, or in combination with other agents, has the potential to treat a wide variety of cancers.' Also with CI being dominant, it pays to be open to all possibilities... especially if deals are involved :)

Scancell the poundland BioNtech :)) ... so much scancell talent has come from and preclinical work been done and paid for from Lindys Nottingham Uni position ....We know a lot but could be so much more coming...

This new platform has puzzled me.... is it a glycan mab platform or something else... I have found this...

How many involved our scancell? who knows but hopefully quite a few considering oncology remains one of the hottest partnering areas and Immuno oncology in particular and everyone who is anyone in the industry were there!

Nice to see the little piece in FT.... And interesting that it seems RG went to Philly and was between meeting tweeting away :)

Funding will resolve itself one way or another obviously we want it to be done pi pain-free and sp positively ....I'm sure in the coming weeks we will find out.

But of course £1 billion would do for starters :))

Potential to be far more than a value of £1 billion IMHO....

It's only just starting over in Philly ...team scancell probably only just unpacking the immortal mice :)... let us all hope that it is a fruitful trip, certainly everyone you could ever hope scancell to be talking to are there.

Pencilled in for either late 2019 or early 2020... It will all depend on the amount of interest as if it ain't going to be worth it to them... $800million .... then they won't do it ...which is why they are going to be ramping up US coverage ...something we have already seen with articles and their recent US purchase to get a foothold there... They are certainly a company I would be interested in having a share of ... though are their techs 'better' in as much as more effective and have more commercial potential than scancells.... hmm...jury still out on that one the data they have so far shows their mRNA to work in a certain % of patients but better than off the shelf ImmunoBodies? And Lindy at Calculus event called their mRNA an 'older technology' :))) ... one thing is for sure being 'personalised' treatments they are all far more expensive than scancells

Not just BioNtech though... modi1 is in multiple talks as we know from last years RNS telling us and Cliff alluded as much at the proactive event... Genentech is attending as are pretty much every big Bio and pharma you can think of that would be interested in moditope....And that I think will be a long list with some discussions possibly at a rather advanced stage now ...Adjuvant - sorted .... most valuable market patents- in place... manufacturing niggles as it is a totally novel product-sorted ... the trial is now in advance planning with 3 initial targets chosen and the CAB (top names) in place.... Plus the understanding of that platform grows and grows with recent papers published and of course no doubt more insights being produced in the BioNtech collab... moditope not only being tested on multiple humanised mouse models but also in human blood donated by both healthy individuals and those suffering from cancer and all showing the moditope mechanism exists ...got to be attractive all that!
