SCIB1 combo data an extension of existing SCIB1 data so to make out the cohort is too small is wrong ... delays yup always have been the difference now is SCIB1 is made!! Money is in so that trial UK at least will happen and soon and modi1 too is only held by preclinical tox tests which have begun,, CAB in place and what a CAB!!!

SCIB1 results in next year and we will know if modi1 works next year too due to the nature of it and the patients who will receive it... SCIB2 trial news to be expected as well ...sp will drift a little south on no newsflow but we can expect a lot of newsflows now... will we ever see sub 4p again? doubt it myself ..... only niggly we will indeed need more funds by this time next year... but by then so so much could have happened..... watch this space.... risk/reward... scancell have a pipeline that is capable of filling a big pharma... and if moditope proves itself is in possession of one of the most amazing platforms in oncology one that could eclipse Checkpoint Inhibitors ... $30+ billion a year.... fact

Indeed modi1 is now in tox testing expected to complete before the end of 2019... so there is even a possibility especially now with the new funds that that trial beginning could just edge it into this year... and of course now SCIB2 nano delivery has been chosen so that trial too ought to be on its way.... hurdles are being cleared :)

Interesting that back when Chippers joined scancell he was based in San Diego yet now on joining N4P he is London based.... who is looking after our US office based in his San Diego homes garage!!!

Not really sure why there would be a delay... UK approved vaccine is made and Ichor device exists and no doubt has been shipped over... so it will just be about the clinics and clinicians and I doubt there is any problem there.. scancell seem to have a great relationship with those .... just look at modi1 CAB!!.... so I have no doubt the UK will indeed begin soon and should give a little sp boost but doubt huge the bigger one would be US arm approval and that beginning ... also some positive trial news from CRUK on SCIB2... anyways it will be fantastic to have scancell products in patients with need again ....

Really ... looking at Checkpoint Inhibitors... the reason they are so valuable is they came along and added a treatment that is now effective in 20-30% of patients out of 100% of patients who simply had run out of treatment options and would normally have just been running down the clock... but that still means there are a majority of patients who do not benefit and their are many cancers that they do not work on ... yet they will have a market share of $50 billion in a few years... not one company owning the patents around the tech.... My point here is that the potential value that a proven treatment like or indeed being moditope would have

Ahh well yes of course plus... plus there are rare cancers that possibly would not be so hard to treat but because of their rarity probably do not get the research money spent on them to develop better treatments... but yes I agree not all cancers are as 'treatable' as others my point is pretty much all of them can get to a stage where there simply are no longer any treatments... I suppose then it is about numbers so no matter if one cancer is very treatable at many stages if a large number of people still die of that disease it means there is still a big unmet need/market... The great thing is moditope as a platform could possibly be effective in them all...

The moditope mechanism could prove to be far more effective far cheaper far easier to administer and be suitable to far more patients in far more cancer targets than Checkpoint Inhibitors...... yup... lets wait till 2021 :)

Hence the development of modi2 and indeed modi3 which we think was to be a combination of both though don't think we ever got clear info on that... what we do know is that there are potentially many more modi's in the pipeline...

On all those if moditope does as it could we are going to be a very happy place ... ImmunoBody too though that is more restricted target wise due to needing cancer specific antigens and its real niche ought to be very early stage disease which will need some very big long trials of course as CI combo at this stage makes most sense as that is where we are most likely to get it deal/s ... moditope though we get to get a really good idea all going to plan next year....

Modi-2

I think Inanaco is meaning all late-stage cancers are hard to treat ... once you have exhausted all treatment avenues it does not matter what type of cancer you have... it becomes untreatable apart from palliative care... modi1 goes into trial next year with data next year too (we hope) not years away... it will be treating those who have run out of treatments...if it works we will know about it and market will know about it and that means a whole new market of the previously untreatable..... 2021 we should have a much clearer idea of the value of scancell...whether that is 50p a share...£1.50...£8... or indeed in the tenners or less than it is now!
