If it doesn't come then it wil surelyl come in the coming after week's :). Scancell timelines I think we can all concur are a joke....not funny for those who we feel sure would benefit from the treatment but for us what can we do but laugh....I'm sure there are valid reasons for delays but they aren't particularly well explained to us....

They should just say within the coming decades for every timeline lol

Well seeing as apparently it is all about getting data and then getting deal/s ... no trials mean no data so no it's not advantageous lol ... of course really we know that is BS and I'm certain the door is well open to all possible deals on all tech right now despite moditope and MaBs being pre-clinical :) .... The Diggles have bought us some time but we all know time runs out

Yeah, I wonder too.. plus no doubt it will be more months after approval to acctually get it running... again have to get devices to clinics -staff trained up etc.... So glad we are peeling away the layer of electro device complexity with coming of nano delivery...I know the Ichor has proven itself to work and not knocking it but .... yeah the right thing to do moving away from it.

Chester again I do not think there are any 'technical problems' that the FDA have found ,they asked for some more info if I remember most of it was from Ichor though scancell had to run some tests and send data too... all was done it is just a process but the process like I say seemingly can grind from 6-12months... looks like we are in for the 12 month version! :( should scancell and indeed ichor been more suss to this beforehand? possibly.... but at least as soon as they got an idea the FDA were not going to be getting a move on they initiated the UK arm.... which has also yet to actually happen lol... my thinking there is we need now to ship those devices in and have staff trained etc... time time A frustration .... so modi1 trial it has to be right and seems they are already working on that one with CAB so lets hope when modi1 is through tox testing (end of year) we are in a position to get the UK modi1 trial going ASAP

The whole idea of this new device is it is basically a commercially ready version of the old one ....It is why I doubt very very much that Ichor are not pulling out all stops to get our US trial started seeing as it is their future that depends on it! Again I feel the entire issue is with the FDA not Ichor not scancell not anything to do with the device or the use of it in combo just entirely the FDA

Your confusing trigrids... V1 the one used in our trial has been in and is still used in some studies worldwide and yes indeed used by the US army....
V2 is the new one the 'commercial device' ... and is at the moment being used with Jansen in Europe

lol fame at last... though I think it is to do more with one 'personality' than anything else :)... really when it comes to actual scancell information there should be no battle of the boards as it were... That suddenly our modi1 trial maybe changing into not just a mono trial but a potential combo is of interest to us all... some will always go for the negative and some get all defensive when really all we need is know why and it turns out to be nothing sinister but all about scancell getting as much data as possible in current treatment paradigms and in the end making the risk/reward ratio better for us all.

The new fact is it looks like modi1 will not only go into the trial as a monotherapy but as a combo most probably involving at least one CI....I'm ok with it ... to me it is not about saying somehow modi1 is suddenly a lesser product and in need of help in fact it will probably the other way round... that will not be known till trial it is more just a reality of current treatment regimes and scancell having to go with the flow as it were... anyways we will surely hear more about it in due course...

If I remember correctly and I might be wrong it is clinically driven as in it is the clinics and clinicians who have the say... so having Keith Flaherty and the top associated clinics willing to run SCIB1 combo can only be positive and I think Merck is happy to let their product to be used as after all it is no loss to them if a better treatment strategy is discovered that still involves their product it is them that more need the clinicians and clinics than the other way round as all the clinicians should always be striving for is better for patients.... Really I still think it all lays with the FDA they are our problem and I do not know why it is taking so long :(

BTW it is not like pharma much cares for scientific synergy either if we go off the combos they are pushing through the clinics at great expense and constant failure.. that is just the reality...

My thinking on the Diggles coming in now and not previously.... patents..... Lindy let them into the clinic because we now have the IP is protected and I think she would have been not too keen on that previously I wonder who else gets let in too... but for sure being able to be more open about moditope can only help scancell with gaining investment/deals
Also the SCIB1 data throw in SCIB2 free ride and the arrival of Glycans it seems a great time to be in to me seeing as we now have deal/s potential written all over us more than ever before... but till the first arrives :)

Checkpoints are a current treatment paradigm reality ... this is why in my opinion more than any kind of ImmunoBody style 'synergy' that moditope must enter the clinic as a combo therapy because in doing so... it err enters the clinic! ... now unless CI's interfere in someway with the moditope mechanism and as far as I know it won't? then if moditope works it will well work and the rest will still be history... we cannot as a tiny tiny UK baby bio scrapping around for a few meager million quids in a sector where hundreds of millions are thrown around on failures dictate to the industry... In a future proven treatments world we may well ... but we have to get there! So anyone comes knocking can your moditope help us with our CI we say come in I think we can work together :)

And hopefully, there will be patients that have high enough levels of autophagy and citrullination for moditope to work and potentially work amazingly well on them but there will always be a situation in cancer where perhaps the immune system is not working well enough and the vaccine will not induce a T cell response....We need the trial
