Jez, they wont arive until about 11;00 tonight...but I will hopefully be ready. The only caveat being I havent slept for 36 hours!!

Just whatsapped (phoned) my very good friends Ponkey (Lucius) & Appiama (Jeff) as I felt in need of some humerous company to keep the laughter and good vibes going...they didn't disappoint, bless them! Oh well, looks like it's the chicken shack followed by meet and greet weary travellers from the 'Let the Dril Bit do the Talking, 'Dreams in the Desert Shuttle from Casablanca......all aboard as the train seems to be leaving the platform...toot toot!

Jez, it's been a struggle...especially since Casa airport was totally dry...but I have found my way back to the 'Offy that Me, Apiamma, Raredragon and Soundboy found last time around. Anyway, I am thinking of meeting the class of 15th October as they arrive at the Atlas Terminus tonight at 11:00...after all, I'm literally just across the road and could see them arrive from my window. James is coming out tomorrow, having been in Antibes a couple of days ago flogging the Sound story. He was most amused I missed my connecting flight and Appiamma has re-christened me 'Calamity Kik'...after the last visit when I nearly lost my camera, pad, hat etc....not a sobriquet I wear easily...lol!

Rampusr, real shame you won't be there...you will be missed buddy. Anyway, yes I am going to that chicken shack. But I also have vital info on the only purveyor of beer & spirits in town. I'm thinking of taking guided tours for a small (can) consideration...lol! Just been to the Medina...what an experience that is. I was there 2 years ago but forgot what it smelt like...all those animal heads and the like. The floor is running with blood...what fun. The locals have been nothing but warm and friendly...a real pleasure to talk with them as my friend who I am with is French...so we chat and I prompt him & he briefs me afterwards...perfect!

I might just add that those that went on the TE7 trip will member it very much not being dry...times, they are a changing!

Mebo, Casablanca Airport is dry so hanging out for a tipple here in Oujda. I missed my connecting flight last might and had to hang around the airport all night...long story and I have to say I am feeling more than a bit sheepish about the whole sorry affair.......

Well I am in Oujda & it's a lovely day. From my window at the Ibis I can see the Atlas Terminus...just across the street. But the Ibis is such good value and very clean from what I have seen. Anyway, think I might take a stroll.

PNE, from one jammy git to one unlucky git...I'm sure there will be many posts from the land of the 'golden ticket' sands!! As for value, who knows...it's a penalty shoot out! A couple of strikes & we could be looking at billions of value on our sale price...the whole project could ultimately be worth hundreds of billions to Morocco & partners.

Mike, thanks for the heads up. It cant be any worse than a hotel I stayed at in Cebu City, Philipines...overun with cockroaches: they were under the bed & even in the shower...needless to say we didn't stay - after checking out the room we fled to the expensive hotel next door! I consider myself forewarned!

Is anyone else staying at the luxurious Ibis Hotel in downtown Oujda? I know of only two others who have reservations: my French buddy who I am travelling with & a very good friend of mine from ii BPC...'Cheif Uncas'...or Ray to his mates.

Rip, don't forget that would be recoverable gas...so you are really looking at 9TCF. Recoverable amounts to £1.50 on the share price but gross amounts to £1. . 6 TCF gross and £6 per share would do me very nicely thanks....Even more should the GSA come in at the higher end of the spectrum.

Bongabob , Soundboy is alive & kicking...but I'm not sure if he is going to Morocco. Last Tendrara trip I spent a pleasant afternoon in the Souk with him, Apiamma & Raraedragon (who I have heard has been ill recently so I wish him a speedy recovery...decent guy is our Keith).

If James is planning a final investor event with a Bugatti Veyron we're gonna need a freakin airfield!! Cant wait....
But maybe next years Goodwood Festival of Speed would be an excellent venue...I am a regular attendee and this year spent most of my time in the Kenrara enclosure...fine dining trackside - unbeatable...if your tuning in James - I'd love to 'doughnut' a Veyron!

Anyway, time I was packing for Morocco!

Jez, the real question is this: should I take my fez (that Saleem generously bought me) to Morocco to wear at the presentation meal? Or maybe wear it on the minibus and do my not very famous Tommy Cooper impersonations during that gruelling 4 hour tour of Tendrara....pen, paper, paper pen...ah ha ha!

Trellis, don't concern yourself about any previous derogatory comments directed at me...that's all in the past and never taken personally by me. What's important now are results, obviously...but let's all not forget common decency when chatting on this board. I can honestly hold my head high and look any investor in the eye in Morocco next week - or anywhere else for that matter - and feel no shame, embarrassment or regret over anything I have previously said to any Sound Energy investor. 'Eat what you enjoy and not what you are told' is Sound advise: march to your own drumbeat but never be afraid to listen to wise council...enjoy the next six months...it could be life changing and life-affirming!

It is always good to read contrary (to us Rabid accolytes) opinions but one senses that even you are starting to believe that we are at least on to something...shame you are not coming out to Morocco...I would have been pleased to make your acquaintance.

Ajbjasus, that's what I was wondering...a '10 bagger' being in the region of £3.40...which I wouldn't turn my nose up at...but a 10 bagger from the highest price paid sounds even more appealing......................
