what are you alluding to? Are you inferring the 'Trading Plan' took into account the 'Deep Dive' promo & used it as an occasion to sell...that's so cynical of you...go out & flagellate yourself immediately...........

The point about reservoir quality pertaining to permeability is valid...but mechanical stimulation techniques were proven at TE6 & if more stimulation were needed they could always try 'fracking'...if any environment were actually suited to that technique it would be the High Plateau, as there is such a low-density population. Certainly, if the very deep shales were ever drilled that procedure would have to be utilised. Anyway, let's stick with 'Mechanical Stimulation' for now & see just how permeable the (& hopefully poros) reservoirs are & if they live up to TE-6/7

Morning tapper...yes it was fortuitous. That was April 17 & I got 89p...seems an age away now. Time to break out the tranquillizers now I feel....lol!

Just looking through the trip advise prior to signing disclaimers and returning I note with some trepidation that the company are now issuing guidance on 'Dessert Horned Vipers', 'Egyptian Cobras', 'Scorpians' & a variety of nasty looking spiders - all with pretty unpleasant venomous effects that can even be lethal. Might have to watch where I am walking this time around. I'll take some plasters and an Asprin to be on the safe side....lol!

'Eggheads'...that reminds me...better dry clean that lucky green shirt that 'Tats' (taters) used to tease me about all those years ago...but at least I can honestly say I was in a team that beat the Egghesds & carried off £7 thousand in swag!
But my main challenges have been the South Downs National Park campaign, followed by the Brexit battle...both personal successes...all I need for a treble is the Sound Energy LE!

Tapper, to be fair there is a world of difference between an informal chat, mulling over the differences in valuation between potentially interested parties and a formally, tabled bid.

Daveboy, lol...loved your humorous take on the 'Deep Dive...and Ridlers, Isthatgas, Teak Monkey, Fishy, Job et all. Really appreciated all posts from the event. The Paleo seems to have turned into some kind of huge dinasour...let's hope the hydrocarbons aren't as extinct! Porosity has always been the questionable metric but since we drilled TE6 and found that 'mechanical stimulation', as opposed to actual 'fracking', works, that seems to be key in our unlocking the Tagi and hopefully discovering the beast that is the Paleozoic monster!

Thanks for that 250 but it is not much good for Sound Energy investors as Milan is now 'odio urbem' - since Badile - but I'm in Madrid early next week...any restaurant tips?

bo42, not off hand but this is what James said on 28th April 2017:

"We haven’t provided any updated guidance on a value per Tcf – that was a conscious decision for a variety of reasons – mainly that we do not yet know the gas sales price, which is the most important variable. As we approach FID we will put a number in the public domain".

"Regarding the proved up volumes and how a purchaser might value the business…. I think the way to think about this is that we should get a high percentage (maybe 90%) of the P1 volumes and then a low percentages of the unproved volumes. The key variable which the seismic helps reduce is the risking of the unproved volumes. So right now, based on public information, we might get say 90% of our proved 0.5Tcf and a small percent, say 2% of our 31Tcf potential. Post seismic perhaps that 2% increases to say 10% or another number as we will be able to demonstrate with a prospect inventory how our 31Tcf is built up. More drilling and re-entries will increase in the proved volumes but actually most of the value uplift will come from the seismic"..

I would have loved to attend but sadly now cannot. I was all set to meet up with Appiama (after twisting his arm to join me) for a much-needed catch-up & an orange juice (he is not attending this Moroccan trip) but it seems the best-laid plans...etc & so on...........
Anyhow, we have such a fanatical private investor base who are not shy on reporting what they hear from all the various Sound Energy presentations - that folk who missed it will not feel they missed anything! But I am looking forward to the TE-9 trip...I have a feeling they will be taking investors on a 'Magical Mystery Tour' that could be fun - especially for those who have never been out to our concession before. I believe they will try & do things a bit different this time...looking forward to it now & counting the days down...
