Ifonly, apologies for not answering but unfortunately I don't have the answer. I filmed he Q&A and the site visit but there seems to be some problem publishing it. I cannot comment any further at this stage as don't have any details.

dd, usually the closest anyone outside O&G gets to an oil/gas rig is on reality TV. I and our small band of brothers felt so privaleged to be includd in the mostly unknown world of oil/gas rigs and the guys and girls who operate them. Having recently re-watched the film 'Deepwater Horizon' I am gaining so much information and respect for those who actually work in the industry....tough gig indeed!

I was very impressed meeting him again in Morocco - a man you can trust when you hear him talk about his (oversight) commitment to Sound shareholders. He is indeed a very trustworthy guardian...imo.

Dd, saw both the heavy collars and jars but getting the two confused. I wish I could have filmed more within the perimeter as it was very interesting but cameras were highly restricted. My film should be out in the next day or so.

Dd, I saw the 'jars' you mentioned...special spiralled drill pipe to adgitate the bit if it gets stuck. Plus bags and bags of salt and woodchip, or some such stuff: apparently they used to use old rags to mix with the mud...am I making sense?

Erincat, I can confirm that Master Ponks wasn't at that event...but it was the closest he came to attending one. I am persuaded he will make the LE and of course the rumoured 'Veyron Event'...which James assured me in Morocco is seriously being planned...donoughts in a Veyron anyone?

Ponks, you, me and Appiamma gave up our Gherkin tickets because they were oversubscribed for that seminal event...were all heart!

tespack, we are not even through the salt-cap rock yet so I hardly think there are any rumours reaching the AIM just yet. Anyway, I have put a cheeky LO for £5k at 30p lasting until my wife's birthday...which is Friday, 2nd Nov! If not filled it goes elsewhere. Seems like a long time since I traded anything other than Sound so bring it on.....

Dadsbatty, not sure how much my Morocco video will do to raise flagging spirits but there are one or two interesting points raised in the Q&A. I had fun filming but have only used a small amount of my total footage...the rest will be purely for nostalgia when lighting up one of Saleem's cigars & drinking a glass of his beloved Macallan as a toast to success...hopefully!

I thought I would take 31.90 as a top-up price but I failed at the last minute as I couldn't transfer funds into my trading account in time...so let's hope for more downward momentum tomorrow prior to my top-up: failing that it is El Presidente Energia as a new investment company for me.....and more likely another 8 years of anticipation & grief...lol!!
