Finally...a clue from JJ!12 Dec 2018 18:59
"Eric thanks for the question, and thank you to everyone who has been in touch about the value of the Te-5 horst. Like any company, we are not able to comment specifically on our share price or assets. In general, growth stocks like Sound are valued on their current asset bases, and on the future potential from exploration. The rule of thumb we have given you gives you the tools to make your own judgements on valuation and risk. We have been working with research providers to give their estimates of value, and we would like to share this with you, to help with your valuation. Woodmackenzie, which is a well known industry research provider, are carrying a valuation for Te05 of $308m Sound share, which is roughy 23p/share. Progressive Research will publish a Te-5 report on Thursday which will be on our website in the morning, which values the Te-5 asset at 27pps or $360m. Edison have also been commissioned, and will publish a company valuation in the near term. Remember to get to the fully built up valuation of a company, you need to look not only at the established asset base – in our case Te-5 – but also the growth potential, namely the exploration potential. As an example of that, the Progressive report calculated Te-10 potential at 110pps, on top of the 27pps they see at Te-5. These are some pointers for you as you look at your valuation estimates for your company"...
So it looks like we are about to be hit with a Broker note with Churchilian echoes!
