If you've been around long enough you'll have seen shares 10 bag in a matter of weeks if not days. I'm not saying that's about to happen here but I'd never rule anything out. GLA

If a decent sized pharma (£100billon+ MC ) wants the platform then it's pocket change really...

I'd welcome a cheeky bid at £1.65 as long as the BOD tell them to come back with a platform based price.

Been ignoring the nonsense on here until we had a 10-20% rise day. It's taken a little longer than expected after I gobbled some at 54p on the way down. Also tried to increase my spreadbet yesterday morning at 42p only to be told 'closing only' even though it wasn't stated in the share info as is the norm. Grrrrr.

Serious question and apologies if it's been covered but I had presumed somebody would ask about AVA3996 in the Q&A session otherwise I would have done so myself. Is there any recent company info or just tumbleweed?! GLA

With the share price pretty much on its knees for no apparent reason (other than the BS DB note). Either somebody thinks (or knows) there’s a black hole in our accounts about to be revealed or we should start to recover from here looking forward to the pipeline reveal over the next few weeks.

No doubt there will be a few sells on open in the morning so all being well it should be a good time to add a few. Always hoping for fireworks of course but as Tim says…

So regarding Dr Tap's 'overnight SOC' comment. AVA600 has:

bone marrow toxicity at 15% vs 50% with straight Dox.

severe cardiac toxicity at 0% vs 2-5% with straight Dox.

mild cardiac toxicity at 12% vs 50% with straight Dox.

Also 'steep reduction in quality of life toxicities'. Sounds like a no-brainer but wtfdik.

Lorna has mentioned 'globally significant' many times but we're still doing massively discounted placings atm.

The CFO made it clear that until circumstances change they have no choice but to accept the terms that they are offered which will always be awful on AIM.

I'm excited to be in this but still don't quite trust them which annoys me as I want to add more.

Anyway looking forward to the next few weeks. GLA

Investment Update: Blue Star Helium Limited

Helium Ventures plc (AQSE:HEV), a special purpose acquisition vehicle notes the announcement made by AIM quoted Helium One Global Ltd. ("Helium One") today in relation to the Company's ASX listed investee company, Blue Star Helium Limited ("Blue Star") which has entered into a conditional sale of 50% of its Galactica helium project to Helium One. Helium One has also completed a fundraise to fund the acquisition and the drill out of 100% of six wells totalling $US2.7m and $US1.5m for past costs incurred by Blue Star.

Helium Ventures holds 7,142,858 ordinary shares in Blue Star.

Neil Ritson, Chairman of Helium Ventures commented:

I’m hoping the end of day spike means something material may be coming but if the MMs open it high on no news then don’t get suckered into buying as it generally closes the gap first before moving on. GLA

Looking at the chart, and before anybody has a meltdown I’m not a chartist! We could soon be into breakout territory. If I was a trader (which I’m not) then I’d be looking for a trade especially if we drop slightly first thing. Just my two-penneth, no need for insults or mockery. GLA

Good post McMuff. I think the problem is also the time of year when the volume dries up and the MMs can do what they like to a degree. CC stated lots of good stuff to come but I personally doubt much will happen in August. Time to sit on your hands and switch off if you are in for the whole journey. GLA

I disagree notrex, when Timbot2 wants to, he’s more than capable of a well thought out sentence or 2. I just think he prefers to stay on autopilot and entertain himself and others with saying what probably 100s are thinking. GLA

Just had a quick scan over the weekend chatter to see if I've missed anything while entertaining the bin lids.

A decent post by Alderbaran and then nearly all verbal/written diarrhea with the odd Myrrh nugget from PL.

Personally don't bother filtering as I like to get a quick gist before warp speed on the mouse wheel kicks in.

Big Al obviously had a vision but wasn't juggling every ball and forgot bio shareholders are generally accepting regarding timescales but don't do a Percy Tibbles on them and expect them to accept it and applaud!

New era, new people, different vision = exciting times again. Looking forward to a September(ish) update or even an early curveball to burn the small people. GLA
