I do feel that such a low s/p is not unintentional though. I would also like to be fresh buying now! But I got seduced into earlier promises.

I now see why management want the share price to be so low. Not exactly rocket science, is it.

Regarding blaming others for investment decisions, that is a valid thing to do when the CEO has actively misled with false or a negligent lack of material information over the years. That is not blaming others for one’s own decisions. It is being duped.

We are responsible for our own decisions in life, period. But deception , when unexpected, clouds the outcomes pist facto( i.e.after research and purchase) . One works with what IS.

Director purchase( now I know why Baay put the spud on an abscure media where it wouldn’t affect the s/p) is a good thing, but Basy needs to keep to his promise of buying shares himself.

He has a long profound history of not upholding promises. I could reel off so so many.

Got to say that I fully support what Stas has said. It is about Baay’s dubious credibility, not helped by a social post comment about spudding( implies to me that he doesn’t want a RNS to elevate the share price), and his promise to buy shares in the presentation. I do not believe what the chairman said about that Monday being the only day allowed to buy( lol oh please!! Gimme a break!) . Neither do I believe what Baay said about buying shares. A token £50k is meaningless. He has cost me far more than that in losses. And consustent broken promises. The mad apologists who refuse to acknowledge reality are welcome to their views. I prefer reality, having fallen for deception far too many times, and I know it now when I see it. So Mr.Baay, just do something new and keep to your word. BUY. Show faith in your straggling company ( I never though we would EVER see 6p. Use the RNS facility you idiot!!! It would boost the share price!!! Oh no..put it on obscure social media lol. There is indeed a disconnect. But after Bruce Dingwall’s sudden death in ‘22, the incompetents took over Trinity, which had enormous assets. Much bigger than Txp( Galeota Ridge and much more). They proceeded to waste $12m on a dry well in 2023 and much more on incompetent ( not unlucky) decisions. Much like here with non-paying Placees, poor production etc. Trin went from 16p to 4.8p in 2 years. Because of abysmal management. Like here.

The shareholders had to force the BOD out and to reject the Txp buy-out.

Valuable assets do NOT always come out. Poor management destroys the value.

Txp is living proof.

I, like you, want C Block to perform. But the proof will only be if it does. Living on hope is an illusion.

I am being real, not negative. I never ever thought we would see 6p!!! Ever.

The analysts have TP’s 200% to 600% ( ish) above present S/P. Mainly due to its current discount to NAV. ( Not because of the management performance, which, if you google it, is obviously uttetly dire). Asset-wise Txp has potential. But ‘ a Ferrari will lose a straight line race if driven by a learner driver!) The continuing slump in share price from my £1.20 buy in 2020 to 6.6p is testament to abysmal corporate and geological management decisions which are ongoing.

The assets give Txp valu. But it’s a bit like a stationary Ferrari!

It’s a House Broker. They will say what they are paid to say.

However, most analysts have this as a buy or spec. buy above 20p.

If you pay any attention to analysts!!?!

Possible further raises. Broker ratings which are positive(?).
