Trinity had to be forced by shareholders to accept a cash offer. They were kicking, screaming and complaining during their Investormeet about shareholders not being supportive( after they had drilled a $12m dry ‘ appraised and guaranteed’ well ffs!!!) . They needed ousting.

Investormeet was used by 4D Pharma to keep shareholders for the 2 days needed before liquidation!!

Investormeet is very very often a company tool to sweeten investors.

Trinity E and P did the same. The CEO did not address the most salient questions on Hummingbird Wells and funding. All ignored. Just superficial redundant questions. Trinity was then bought out at a lowball price just after.

Important to put your questions in a short and forthrigt, candid manner. The longer ones tend to be ignored.

My opinion is that he is doing this to placate investors. I do mean placate.

I do feel we should not let him pull the wool over our eyes with another ‘photo opportunity’. He has proved himself quite comfortable with withholding price-sensitive Covenant material and forcing a Placing just before poor production figures.

Such a shame that all of us LTH’s have been serial-shafted though. With a new CEO , TXP could be keenly focussed and 2026 could see a turnaround if Central and re-pricing are properly addressed. I don’t think Baay has the credibility any more though. He would have to re-pump the share price to regain any I feel.

How can we count on another faux carrot being held out. Yes gas price agreed should be higher, but we have always relied on ‘ shoulds’. Don’t mean to shoot you down.
