RE: Pushing hard for a lower price ???26 Mar 2025 20:37
Can’t read the green box below so it must be from the special Russian envoy . You-know who.
It is probably supporting the price going down and the Russian ‘special operation’ , Ukrainian corruption, or whatever else his orders are for the day.
If I am wrong, I apologize but it’s probably right.
Either way, as I said, this is a complex matter. Zhevago has probably been pretty corrupt and it isn’t just the govt. here, but it is grossly unfair and illegal to pass that onto Ferrexpo. I assume they are taking it to court. They can’t leave it.
I am now on a 40% loss which hurts, but will have to hold the severe discomfort. Peace has nevercbeen so close. Nasty negotiations, but step by step. No attacks on powerplants will help Fxpo as will free trade on certain areas of the Black Sea. Russia could become more reintegrated with fertiliser and foodstuffs, but not at the expense of Ukraine in some other form. I feel this will likely be step by step over many many months. Russia is still bombing during the negotiations. Both Ukraine and Russia are corrupt, no doubt, as is the US and some of UK govt. too, but the war has few left living to fight from whatever country. Russia will annexe Donetsk and more. Permanently . That should be enough. Then Ukraine must be allowed to join Nato regardless of Putin. So that life can go on. And Fxpo. As it will.
40p? Maybe. Maybe not. Fxpo is mightily resilient though!! Look at the production and the profit if not for the one-off “non” impairment from unused machinery. Remarkable company. Trollhunter, Troajan, I stand with you.
