My opinion yes. And issues with copper perhaps. £15.5m was sold after hours. Market knows what we don’t. M and A activity?? Production drop? (Overreaction to Trump’s metals tariffs? China figures)? I think it must be leaked production figures though. Last week we were in the 380’s. Now 345.

It’s not just jitters. They know something( imo).

I stick with my foreboding about bad news and a hefty drop. But will be overjoyed if( though I don’t believe it) I am wrong.

I am guessing a 20p drop tomorrow. But 2025 will see us through. I was here in 2015 at 65p. Wish I’d held!!!

Looks like a crash tomorrow, so it’s back of the cobwebs in the drawer it seems!! Glentakes a while to recover and it is clearly down tomorrow unfort.

S/p may go down more. I think traders may be nuying in on the cheap looking at the size of the buys. Wiseoil I mourn too, but Glen is a solid and multifaceted company and not just a pure miner. Its copper particularly is invaluable. At some stage in 2025 it will have recovered, perhas several times.

From experience with Glen , I do know that when it gets this low it tends to be a while to get back up though!! Can’t push a river. Expect more downside and leave it be for as long as it takes-might be a while.

Never rely on a dividend.

I do think that the miners’ slump( really due to China winding down for lunar month of Jan) , is hugely overdone though. Glen is not just a miner but is bearing the brunt of a temporary ease in demand. Overdone.

This has been algo-driven down. Could be result of Trumps steel tariffs, but not sure what else. Upcoming trading statement leaked?? Likely.

Slump is certainly intentional and not just cause-effect though. Hard to see losses on this and all shares I hold which were in profit last week.

To try to drive price down ( not that anyone necessarily has!) or to wait for 20p is ( imo) shooting self in foot. Weakness below 24p will be bought into for sure!

Agreed tc. No more promises. Just implementstion of drill to fill. PB declared there was no impediment re. financing ( the 7.5k debt was modtly offset by vat receipts as I remember). These remote CEO’s get well-paid and often ignore the humanity of long term shareholders. On losses. It needs addressing, hopefully via promised production, as all the pieces are allegedly in place as you say!

I bought more today as I feel it is still well under what it should be regarding the s/p. Aim works on volume, not valuation though. But this ought to be over 30p easily.

People jumping to all sorts of conclusions need to realize that Trump has only been in situ for 2 days and the game of brinkmanship, muscle flexing and political pressurising/blackmailing has only just begun. The Russian economy is on its knees , not like in 2022 or 2023. Nato will also be pressured by Trump. As will Zelensky. Putin, as a remarkably sharp tyrant ( many are) only respects threats which work and the many subtle effects of economic “ force”. Even one of the Nato chiefs admitted yesterday that members were not spending enough to deter a man who only respects force.

2 days. Give Trump a bit longer.

And Fxpo still has a mighty future ahead of it, because Russia cannot annexe 80% of Ukraine with Noddy trucks and water pistols( poor metaphor).

I am not a Trump fan, but good for him for being proactive, something he is renowned for.

I am hoping for my investment to come good, but for the people of Russia to find freedom and no more young deaths, and the people of Ukraine to find no more young or old deaths, and axpeace they have not known for 3 years.

And on my part , for Ferrexpo to finally flourish and make a difference to this family.

Its time will come if we have patience. Russia’s economy is well beyond breaking point and the new US oil sanctions on Friday plus EU sanctions on tankers and companies ( as in Serbia and possibly Dubai) are going to increase pressure.

2025 will hopefully be the end of this terrible affair and Fxpo will rocket.
