Proving negligence or provable falsities is a real uphill struggle but it is doable.

If Txp force another raise for $10m at, say 10p, or a 5:1 Rights issue at a demeaning price, then we will have been wholeheartedly shafted more than we already have been. All of us are on a loss. Some of us a large loss. So. this must not be allowed to happen. Companies have fiduciary duties to shareholders, but usually treat them as cash cows or cannon fodder.

RNS proofs are needed.

If anyone wishes to scour them to prove no link mentioned between raise and loan, that would be a start. ALL allegations have to be substantiated, including negligence. Courts in the UK don’t give a damn unless it is stark staring obvious. I discovered this much.

All the points that ggg makes are valid. Please people be willing to scour RNS’s. I did it for 21/2 years with 4D Pharma. I am burned out. Others are not. I had success with Infrastrata in 2017 when 52% of p/i’s managed to unseat the whole BOD. That is feasible. There were no instis but we did it.

I ran the 4D shareholder action group for 2 years. 235 members with C£22m lost. Some lost marriages, houses and their health.

They are incredibly diligent and won the Woodford case for shareholders, and indeed the VW emissions case ( I got comp. for the latter). Their speciality is corporate corruption.

One thing I will point out is that every single allegation ought to be linked to an RNS. They can take into account presentations but informed me that courts often do not. We had to link everything(!) to an RNS-day, date and time. . Do this and I will gladly contact them. They are a huge London corporate action solicitor firm. I can contact them anyway.

I am doing the same with a US firm regarding Soundhound. The number of corrupt companies out there is immense.

I still remember Baay refusing to name the Placee institutions. He had his reasons!

GL to all decent holders here. Been through the mill this week. Not over yet. PB has broken a few FCArules. That needs addressing as without honesty, no investment is worth it. And there is a LOT of corruption in the London Stock Exchange. Laundry mat of the world. Canada should be informed of negligence and withholding of market-sensitive material ( loan terms) as well. How is he to be trusted now? IMO this needs 51% of shareholders to vote for a new BOD.

There is only one troll( Geld). The rest are people who have seen through the spin and are suffering. Yes this mess is not just random and unfortunate. There should have been a legal binding clause which would have resulted in court action. The dodgy Placees were not suitably chosen. Serial liquidators. Should have been prepared. The lack of mention of the necessary raise by end December. Etc etc. He should have the grace to admit responsibility , but pigs don’t fly.

I am afraid with $1m a year salary, he clearly does not give a damn. I was in Txp from 10 years ago and have seen it destroyed by consistent mismanagement and untruths. The important thing is that he clearly does not give a damn about shareholders’ lives-real people.
