I know how easy it is to be critical of others on social financial media. I do not wish to go down that route. I wish to allow others to have their own views on TXP and not have to buy into mine if they see the company otherwise.

But, I feel, especially with my long experience of TXP, , that I am entitled to express it. Negative slant due to £1.25 down to 12p. Well , yes!!

If PB can bring it back , ok.

I just don’t think he is the man.

My opinion.

I hope he proves me wrong as I am long in this stock, not short!!

1) Take a look at the trade pattern. Size of LARGE sells. The pattern of them. Of course it could be more than one seller. “ So we have a seller “ is 100% the case. I have a habit of being pedantic, not nice, but here it is not me being pedantic. Add an “s” to seller if you wish!! But it’s true and real. Realism.

2) “ Wrong sort of mud” was allegorical. I nearly said leaves( as in trains). It referred to the concept of an excuse. Read many other posters here about TXP excuses. I have been here 10 years!! I was out until 2020 and bought at over £1. TXP is the master of excuses and dismal corporate and geological management. Punkt. Relism.

3)Realism realism realism. Take PB on his previous form. Take the govt. on its previous form. And be willing to be wrong yourself any time at all. Take what IS. Not what you project( this is my job!). Now THAT is logic, rationality and realism.

It is not me projecting optimism nor pessimism in any way shape or form. 100% real. Look at the facts and be willing to be wrong yourself. Doesn’t get more real than that.

You are the person who is not appreciating the realism here as you may / may not have your own agenda.

Casc 4 has broken drill string and level of production not certain. Casc 5? Wrong sort of mud? Cenral??

Trinidad budget…I have been through nearly 10 years of them. Yes SPT on oil was mollified as a couple of tweaks, but pre-budget is all about rhetoric. He who expecteth nothing shall not be disappointed.

I do not want to be a harbinger of doom. Just a realist. PB is not perspicacious, and not to be trusted. The govt. is only interested in its revenue. VAT refunds being held back is a nice easy way.

So let us be real and take snake oil history as a given, and govt. desire to take as a given. T and T has a long long history of poor enrrgy management and negligible support for new companies. High tax. Exxon , BP and BHP can afford this. Tiddlers not.

So we have a seller and await the budget.

I have no illusions, and more than that, am however very happy to be proven wrong.

I bit the bullet and bought at 11.8p, not that it dents my aversge much nor changes my caution. But I felt it was a reasonable decision.

Been here before. In Txp since 2014 and over £1 in 2020. The constant share price erosion speaks louder than forest clearance. Trinity cleared the way for a $10m dry well in 2014( Eldorado), multiple dry Hummingbird wells in 2022-3, and a dry $12m deep well in late 2023. It is geo success that matters, not capex expenditure on a difficult island to drill!!

The share price speaks of faux-promises undelivered. I am as underwater as the Mariana Trench, and I am not falling for any more false promises from a CEO who does not admit to a hidden loan, hitches up with clearly dodgy Placees who don’t pay and does not deliver to shareholders, just erodes value. AIM is a place of all that glitters is not gold. And false promises.

How is “ Paul” going to revive our share price then??? Drill strings are not a good enough reason. What calamity comes next?? How do se rely on Casc 5???

Success rate is not tremendous though. And production decline is endemic with gas, as we see.

The s/p reflects lowering production and cash pile. Crystal clear. Regarding the s/p, the only way you, or any holder, could get down to the current s/p is if they were a fresh buyer.

Hmm. It is a raise that I fear. Another one. Casc 4 will not yield as promised, and we have no idea re. Casc 5 . It may also go wrong. All exploration discoveries seem to be duds for Txp, rather like Trin( post Bruce D who knew his stuff). The share price is dire ( and uncystallised losses here , on my part and almost everyone else) are immense. An EGM is easy to call, but bringing people together is not easy.

So would I.

It is constant erosion and fundraising which is not even honoured by Placees. ( Portillion, a company with a dark history). Why get involved with a quasi-company? And why not admit there is a loan connected to production which may be pulled?

I am afraid too many people( like I did with Trin) trust the untrustworthy.

What I am concerned about is that the Sword of Damocles fundraise-referred to by GGG- is hanging over the share price , and now that the “drill string” has impeded C4, that it all rests on C5.

I wonder even whether there is a Placing going on right now. The “ drill string” Cas 4 excuse is not enough to drive this to an all-time low, is it? Or is it?

Has the ‘market’ seen through Mr. Baay’s excuses?

I am deeply saddened to be losing so much money here, and be at an all-time low after all the faux-optimism.

I share GGG’s anger at shareholder abuse and the clearly intentional withholding of the existence of the fundraise Covenant.

Cas 5 needs to be producing and I would not trust promises going onto willing Discord.. The drill bit might break!! Or it might be the wrong sort of mud. Etc etc

He was simply wrong if you never said those things re.Q3 and Casc 5. I wouldn’t like to be called moronic admittedly! But he is certainly sharp and reads a good allegory ( Boy who cried wolf!). Txp is a troubled badly -run company. We should stick to talking and arguing about the company, not falsely insulting people we don’t even know, nor can.

Ayecuramba. Re. 16.52 post, that is a vacant insult which is omniscient and unknowable to you. GGG is very sharp-witted and on the ball, even if deeply critical and ( imo) justifiably angry. . You have no right nor ability to conduct a mental assessment on a poster!!! Your insult is irrational and holds no truth because it can’t. There is place for personal untrue insults.

You absolutely don’t have to agree with him ( or anyone else) but you certainly have no right to attack his capacities. You don’t know the guy.

Someone may twist something someone says for their own benefit and add something , but they are always fully compus mentis. As an analyst , this is my work, so it is not just a random reply to your insult.

This is about recognising the truth.

The ( very rich) Trinity shareholders rejected the TXP link-up because they saw what was happening with funding and the share price. I , personally, am expecting another cash call to service the ‘concealed’ loan.

Would firstly need to notate people’s holdings to get close to 10% to call an EGM.
