Neil holds a lot of shares but they have been awarded rather than bought by him. I am heavily underwater here and regret not taking a chunk out when Neill took a chunk out last year as its been heavily downhill since then. I wasn't paying enough attention and wont make that mistake again.

These are the same options that have been around for yonks. If you fancy a punt however its a better entry point now compared to any time prior to early may 2020 when the share price was 0.027p.

Any posters contact their brokers to register their shares to vote on the proposals for BOD to continue with authority to issue new shares for an undefined gold exploration with little explanation of why we're not waiting for MLA, and OTA news to drop before calling such a meeting?

I would say no chance Daz. I hope to be wrong but feel that at a stretch only MLA would be potentially doable as OTA and funding imo will take some horse trading aftwlerwards

This is probably the driving reason that so many RNS's for transaction in own shares are coming though. I'd seen a poster complain about this but IMO its enouraging - the company recognises we are discounted and keeps buying back shares in a manner which doesn't materially impact their ability to continue doing so. They would have no interest in causing a SP stir while they do this.

Overall encouraging I would say.

Meh, posters are free to adjust their position as the market moves. Dumping cash in to a share and doing an ostrich impression for 4 years wouldn’t feel too smart.

To be frank I am less than enthusiastic about adding my voting shares to the notion of delivering a mandate for further dilution to develop a secondary prospect in the absence of a MLA and a BOA.
