Post consol average around 4p - assuming 20 % discount - 3.2p. I would touch this company with a dirty stick .

Followed VAL for years - one of the worst consolidation / dilution companies out there. I used to like the thinking, but the actions of the BoD were unforgivable. £1000 invested 5 years ago is worth less than £1. Good luck to all of those buying in. You must be mad.

One of my first rules of investing - never buy into a stock after a 300% rise . You have limited upside and potential to crash down to earth . £2 achievable but I would think that’s a way off . £150 by year end maybe

It's all pretty standard stuff. I would have liked more of an update on the 60t bulk sample / metallurgical pilot test work. Plus Thambani has gone quiet after they withdrew from the JV with NRG (i definitely agreed with that move).

Two key points that make this a solid investment for me:
1) a closing cash position of $9,530,017.
2) .."Measured Mineral Resource - 42% of the combined Measured and Indicated.. geological confidence ...the majority of the near surface Inferred Resource Estimate has been upgraded to Measured or Indicated categories... Approximately 95% of the Measured and Indicated is at a depth of less than 160 m below the surface of the hill... the majority will be accessible by open pit mining."

Yes mate - 25p still my initial target. I can see this recovering back to cash value over the next few weeks. Hopefully once the world starts to emerge from lockdown, people will start to remind themselves of the clean-tech revolution , neodymium and praseodymium shortages and the monopoly China enjoy. 40p was the true value before the panic selling. There is so much more to this company than Covid.

Why didn't the placement get voted down in the GM , given we had reasonable cash and in this much higher profile position (post Covid RNS) - we could clearly raise at 2/3x the value ? Was there a legal / reputation basis for continuing?

I would like to add that i am quite vocal on companies i have invested in and then found to have "dishonest" motives - were being run into the ground. FRR and VAL spring to mind, but that's my view and i will always try and support my reasoning. I have had posts deleted from both of those boards. One has gone pop, the other wont be long and is a dilution / consolidation s*am .
