Likely there are some very large trades which will be reported late. If a trade is significantly larger than the market, the MMs are able to hold back on reporting it.

Huge VAT refund due from HMRC due to tax being charged incorrectly . the Board has considered a number of scenarios which suggest a potential net cash recovery of between £125m and £150m.



As a result of this announcement, we will now engage with HMRC to agree the support for, quantum and timing of the refund.

Great post and i have a very similar attitude here. 10p was also my long term target but after 3-4 years and the failure of the market to get excited by the Bosch deal, i am thinking 5p will do very nicely for a slice. Still holding 400,000. Have been higher, and lower but this matches my risk appetite right now. I was very tempted at adding up to 1m when we bounced around 0.75p.

Canada - Big Bear Gold Project

· Three-week work sampling and mapping programme to build our understanding of possible drill and trench targets is commencing on 10 May.



· Work will target both orogenic gold and volcanogenic massive sulphide ("VMS") style mineralisation, including;



o Verification and extension of a possible gold hosting vein system indicated by Panther soil sampling in the eastern part of the Big Bear property.



o Extending historic sampling in the Johnston-McKenna area where previous high grade outcrop samples have yielded 1,038.9 g/t Au, 390.2 g/t Au, 318.9 g/t Au, 286.29 g/t Au and 224.9 g/t Au.



o Building on historic sampling in the Joa-Walton area where the highest grade outcrops yielded 233.1 g/t Au, 198.9 g/t Au, 143.7 g/t Au, 79.5 g/t Au and 46.6 g/t Au.



o Delineating possible structural related extensions to mineralisation at the Little Bear Mine where a 1 ton bulk sample processed in the late 1930's reported equivalent gold grade of 1,564 g/tonne Au.



· Work will be undertaken by Ontario resident geological contractors who are responsible for operating within the current provincial framework of advice and regulation pertaining to the COVID-19 pandemic.

A genuine question / point to raise. I would say you are partly right, but miss some important points. It also depends on your investment strategy. I have held MKA since 2016, thus one more year to get the BFS completed is not significant to me. From my perspective, i am interested in:
- Their financial position (which is solid - significant cash - more than MC),
- Plans to fund the mine - already agreed between Talaxis and Chinalco.
- The stake held by the BoD / Long term holders (31%),
- The supply squeeze of REE - will only get worse
- Genuine prospect of a bidding war.
- MKA market cap is HALF of RBW - but the resource is 20 x larger.
- Hastings Tech Metals (ASX) - is valued 8 x MKA (with the same resource in situ value).
- Open pit mining - quote "we can just take down the hill"
- Once we have a BFS - alternative finding can be pursued, IF the BoD determine it is the best option.

I am taking this opportunity to increase my holding. 25p first price target or takeover. Each to their own.
