@ViedeVhien - Also one of my worst investments. Luckily I got out without a loss at around 17p. How a diagnostics company can do this badly during a global health crisis is beyond me, but I am sure plenty people here can make it look like a success story. Happy for them to be smarter than me, but at least I got my 17p….

The PANR finance chap in the Talitha webcast says that the summer drill realistically will be an autumn drill.

Just found link to approved plan for Allaid 2 + 3 a few posts further down (apologies). I do not see any obvious provision for a production setup, but maybe that wouldn’t be obvious. Hard to look for something one don’t know what look like.

@Rabito - A bit confused re Alkaid. Am I right thinking a new well will be drilled at Alkaid, and this well will be deeper than old one ? I assume this well also will penetrate several zones, and I have to assume that they (as with Talitha) will start testing from the bottom upwards ? What confuses me a tad is that I just can’t see how all this can happen whilst also expecting to produce this summer, especially as no zones (to my knowledge) is flow tested ?? If you (or anybody else) can advise me of where to go for a detailed plan for Alkaid, it will be greatly appreciated. Etc have PANR already applied for permits for all this work (including the production activities) at Alkaid. Also, is it assumed that this work will be financed with money already in the bank ? I am (basically) trying to ascertain a probability % of any ‘good news’ prior to an eventual dilution or working interest agreement may happen. In plain talk, is it likely to get better before worse, or the other way around. Looks like timing is everything now....

Maybe the company’s need for more cash and much more luck before any value will be unlocked, is that seems wrong ? Note to one self; if largest shareholder unexplained starts to unload large quantities of shares at a ‘ludicrously’ low SP, one should consider doing the same......

@Squirrel26 - Too early to call Farallon idiots. Avg price of sold Farallon shares will be quite a bit above today’s market price with the fantastic RNS this morning. They are currently in the process of beating up the BoD’s at Toshiba, one of worlds largest electronics companies, so they aren’t entirely numpties.

With the current trajectory, we may close at 25p today....

A framework is NOT an order. Just means they have been selected as a supplier, possibly alongside several other suppliers. So it’s a “one hurdle less” kind of scenario.

Chaps, which date is the record date (to sign up for additional shares) ?? Has it come and gone ???

I wonder how Farallon is going to explain to its investors why they were continuously selling down their holding in Pantheon, despite very encouraging findings coming off the Talitha A project and a company director promise of fantastic news to break imminently. Their effort to withdraw from PANR appear inconsistent with their current involvement in Japanese juggernaut Toshiba where they are orchestrating shareholders to go against the BoD strategy, as Farallon is arguing BoD’s strategy is not making the most of the value in the company. It’s all very odd....

Can you please aid us in the understanding of this particular mechanism, which I assume is a genuine part of Pantheons inner workings.

“ immediately following such conversion, the holder of the non-voting B Shares (together with any persons acting in concert as defined in the Code) are or shall become the holders of 30 per cent. or more of the entire issued voting share capital of the Company requiring the making of a mandatory offer pursuant to Rule 9 of the Code. “

I am assuming it means that if a certain group of holders obtain +30% of ownership, they are obliged to make an offer, which I then assume a majority of shareholders then can accept/reject as they see fit. Probably not that simple, but is that the gist of it ??

Wow, that’s some £20-40m more than I thought (feared). Not in yet but will be soon. I have near full confidence in Kier sorting themselves out. Hopefully no RI until at least £2/share :-)

I would have thought doing an “InterServe” would be a rather drastic measure. If KL sells for say £80m how much debt is left. Or even better, have their debt position not improved at all over the last year ? I’d happily sacrifise some equity to get them through, but not to the tune of 95% !!

Farallon will have circa 120m shares left. Anybody here who have had sight on the new WH Ireland paper on Pantheon ?

Where FTSE100 is up nearly 2%, we are now down nearly 5% on no news.
I’d argue the company is doing a really bad job keeping holders/investors informed. A pity the CEO has a reputation of sitting on bad news. People will obviously extrapolate past behaviours into the current situation.
