Somebody did the analysis a few months ago and Kefi does prefer to issue RNS's on a Tuesday :O)

70-85% has been the range for the last year.

They will clearly know the number now and with the gold outlook strengthening Kefi's position, i'm expecting it to be close to the 85%

He also said shareholder approval scheduled for this month.

So it shouldn't be surprise if they are "sorting it today" as they have to get the GM RNS out in the next few days

There was a few nuggets in there PatShare that were new and easily missed.

..... Obviously not as many nuggets as at Tulu Kapi :O)

$2.7bn..... So about 20p per share for Tulu Kapi alone

Where are you getting 14 days from?

Kefi's articles state that it is governed by the companies act. The companies act states at least 21 days for publicly listed companies

It looks as though Kefi are required to give 21 days notice for a General meeting

So they''ll need to issue the RNS within the next 7 days to achieve share holder approval in November.

The calculations are in in the recent reports / publications, that suggest we should be in the 3's. It's common for companies to multi-bag upon finance close and rerate

The stock would only be halted if there was an unknown reason for the increase. If it's off the back of the finance being fully signed, it will be free to run as high and as fast as it wants.

This will drive out a more realistic valuation of Tulu Kapi as a financed mine.

It's important to realize that the signing of the equity is actually completing the $500m project finance structure.

The Equity Element will put an investor valuation on Tulu Kapi which will be a lot higher than our AIM share price.
