The articles identify multiple genuine reasons that Ethiopia could look to revoke the licences.
If they choose to do so, Askari may try to fight it, but it will only be a matter of time until they lose.
The next avenue will be Kefi advancing it's dispute with the Ethiopian Authorities, no ideal but do'able.
We don't know exactly on what grounds, but Kefi have always been steadfast that they expect to recover them.
For me though, I'm very relaxed and extremely confident that Kefi will recover them.
With all the government agencies involved and supporting Tulu Kapi, you can be sure that there will have been many conversations regarding the wider district and Kefi wanting them back.
Kefi certainly wouldn't be publicity saying that they expect to recover them following project launch unless all parties agreed
