The only reason I can see the Nomad not telling Kefi that they must release an update at 7am was if they were certain it was coming in the next few hours.

Signatures could all be done and we might simply be waiting their confirmation all is in order

The poster clearly waited until market closed to post, so I'm inclined to believe them.

Ultimately makes no difference when next week it happens, but a banging 7am RNS will set up the most incredible week for us all

Kefi have given themselves to the end of this week, they can use all of it. There is no need for them to rush.

Whilst an intra day was always possible, Kefi do have a degree of control and can work it so that its all done after market close tonight which sets them up to deliver a cracking Monday 7am RNS

Looks like they were hoping people would panic first thing and sell.

I think people are too smart for that and recognize the news can land at any time

Kefi gave themselves this week to have it done, we are still within the timeframe

Shares being removed from the ask at 1.8p.

Seen this quite regularly the last 2 weeks .... right before it gets taken out and we trade higher

I think he is low by about 1.6p :O)

Looks like they only managed to shake a few share lose and we'll shortly be up and through 1.8

The RNS could literally land in an hour if the last signature is done then as we know the company has leaks

Kefi will have the RNS drafted and ready to go

People may choose to sell for a variety of reasons, not purely de-risking their investment portfolio

They might simply want to pay off a mortgage or buy a Ferrari.

Their money, their choice :)

It's simply suppliers of previous services who received warrants as part of their payment.

They'll already have been forward sold
