If they hadn't got sign off done, they'd have issued an after hours RNS yesterday as that is the time companies prefer to issue bad news

They didn't, so sign off is done and we'll get a 7am Monday RNS telling us so.

Kefi announced it would be signed by the today

We will either get a 7am RNS saying its done or explaining why there is a delay

Its worth noting that the Nomad would not have let Kefi include "next week" in the interims unless they were very sure it would be achieved

The Exercise of the warrants is the receivers choice, not Kefi's.

It's simply companies getting paid for work they've done previously and provides some cash to Kefi.

Why are they claiming now.... well, because they are nicely in the money and Brokers aren't interested in holding long term.

MagnaCarta is a very bitter ex Kefi investor that lost more than they could afford too on the stock market.

Them resurfacing today and making false, misleading and libelous posts made me smile as it shows how close we are.

I imagine they extended their internal deadline for signing form 30 Sep to 10th Oct and will complete at the end. I never like the coming week phrasing, but we've reached they end of it.

We all know companies prefer to release good news on Monday mornings, in this instance it looks like they'll be able to

There has to be a 7am Monday RNS at the latest either saying it's all done or why it's not.

It could obviously come later today if there is the risk of news leaking or tomorrow if sign off happens today.

I suspect they blocked out everybody's calendar to the end of this week and will sign after market closes tomorrow, allowing them to release a storming RNS Monday morning

(This suits me as will be buying more shares tomorrow)

It does look like its going to be another good day here
