Kefi has announced September sign off in RNS's, Interviews, Presentations & Journal Articles.

If they do not anticipate achieving sign off by 30th September, they have an obligation to inform the market as soon as they are aware of any delay with the reasons behind it.

They have not informed us, therefore everything IS ON TRACK for Financial Sign Off by next Tuesday.

If this has changed, they have to inform the market.

Such meetings have a scheduled timeframe for conclusion and then the lawyers are straight onto their next client.

These aren't open ended chin wags that continue for months.

Where as your post yesterday of "but it's clear that Adams is having great difficulty getting the banks to sign" which is total contrary to what the company has been telling us has no factual base whatsoever.

As we are now on Wednesday without the RNS, i'm not expecting one this week.

It would appear that they have scheduled to Friday to conclude discussions and sign.

Lends itself to a 7am Monday RNS next week

My understanding is that companies usually start discussing fund raises 1 to 2 months prior to the need.

We now know that discussions are not occurring which implies we are good until at least December which will allow our the share price the opportunity to re-rate properly

Friday is going to be hell of a trading day

Expiry was 2nd December 2027.

So, we have received £380k and have confirmation that our Broker is not in any talks with Kefi regarding a fundraise. Big Tick

Brokers forward sold at 1p and now pay us at 0.55p or if their proceeds. Everybody is happy.

It's not their job to speculate and trade shares, they'll be happy with this return

I'd imagine it was the forward selling of these shares yesterday that was holding us back.

It's a clear statement that no fundraises are in the works or even being talked about

It's cash into the business now rather than in a few months time. Happy with this.

You are not in possession of any insider knowledge so why are you being so disengenuous about a delay?

We have been told sign off in September, the events are currently occuring in London that facilitate September sign off and they would be obliged to tell us via RNS should they become aware September might be missed.

It's simply churn and some profit taking, nothing more than that

... That somebody would buy 200k's worth.

... Or that somebody would sell having been able to double their money within a couple of months

Its an exciting time and the trend is up, but some days we will have small pull backs
