Ok the science is solid we are at 10p a share but the board remains commercially inept and we get taken out on the cheap at 25p a share by someone who can commercialise it. Science is still solid your shares are gone for 25p a share you still happy then?

What a stupid question of course I wont be complaining if at all time highs. A more reasonable question would be will you be complaining if in say 18 months nothing has happened and we are at 10p a share. Will you then be holding the board to account or will you still rely on hope?

Pander? You having a laugh right? They are renowned for their lack of communication, they have even admitted a couple of times themselves in the past that they need to work on their communication with shareholders. Shareholders not wanting to be kept in the dark and asking wtf is going on is not pandering its their bloody job. You are right maybe.... maybe one day when a deal is FINALLY announced (like all the other deals that have been imminent in the last 5 years) we will see the SP at all time highs but that does not mean we should not be holding the board to account while they sit collecting huge salaries. You genuinely are deluded Ice I am afraid.

Bought for 24m sold for just under 13m. Coris Bought for 7.9m? so sold for what 4m by that logic?. Total of 17m so pretty much what I was expecting tbh (most values floated around on here were 15 - 20m when it was first announced we were selling) if thats what Coris sells for. Not ideal and AS shafted us all but it is what it is. Anyone who was really expecting 25-30m is an idiot

Just for clarity which is it? 10 days ago you were indicating that discussion or rather stopping discussions here influenced the SP but now you are saying they dont?

I dont mind reading your posts personally (bit waffly at times) but you do change your mind a lot (this isnt the first time). Its why I take your post with a pinch of salt just like icecools -I dont mind reading his either (pumpy and dumpy as i like to refer to you in my inner dialogue ;-)

Had similar thoughts. Seems to me nobody cares about the data anymore (in an SP sense) its all about the funding (to be honest it has for months). Its a nice update but the timing seems a little odd to me too, right before the CLN payment was always going to surpress any rise unless they were hoping it would lessen the usual CLN dip?. I would have thought it would have been DX sale, CLN potentially in cash, data news to give us a higher stable SP but wtf do i know these thigns dont always line up as you hope but its frustrating.

Overall great RNS looks like things moving forward on the data side just need to pull there finger out with the commercial, DX sale side as it is dragging on now, love to know what the "deal maker" guy has been doing to secure his salary as if I did F all for a year I dont think id have a job....

If you need to reach £5 a share to break even on Avacta then I would suggest math is your problem not Avacta, That or your broker has found someone he can sell a bridge to.......

Agree. As great as the new assets seem to be we need to know hows its going to be funded. For me the DX sale is not enough its going to leave the funding question hanging around as a stick to beat Avacta with by shorters and traders and it will be brought back to the head of concerns in 12 months time IMHO.

Really really love to see a licence deal or partnership deal pop up in the next couple of weeks both to validate the platform and help with the funding question.

Everything is looking rosey for avacta and get that finance concern sorted and we are flying.

Great news but I still want to hear (and so does the market by the price) about how this (clearly impressive science) is going to be funded going forward. Hope that question is answered soon as a pipeline without funding it seems rather pointless.

If your reply is "be patient", "sell" etc etc save it been patient for 5 years, the company now needs to start delivering commercially as well as on the science (which is clearly exceptional). Less "we hope, plan to, potentially" and more "we are" is needed.

Taken over for £5Bn but with 5bn shares in issue ;-) (stolen comment from a fellow shareholder I was taking to last week)
