While I see it as a good thing for Avacta (as per previous RNS on collaborations etc) I am going to have to do the unthinkable and agree somewhat with Turtle. I just don't see any kind of buyout of Avacta resulting from this and I just cant see AS giving up affimers (Gates/soros seem interested in diagnostics and Avactas diagnostic division is nothing without affimers). AS priority has always seemed to be therapeutics to me so I just don't see it and to be honest I am not sure I would want one at the minute.

Can only be good news for Avacta going forward though IF we can get everything powered by affimers. Another iron in the fire that makes £1.40 look dirt cheap.

On a side note I have just found out my cousin is in ICU on a ventilator after showing symptoms a week ago. Double vaccinated 42 Years old, he also passed it on to his wife and step daughter (luckily they are Ok). Breath does not seem overly genuine in his love for Avacta but it is the first time that I have seen Huges healthcare advertise as CE Mark for Home Use Approved. Clearly not as good as avacta but has this home use approved been known for a while I thought they were pro use only?
