Dark big shareholders might not sell less than 1000 p now plus upside from the new private company shares ( that’s the sticking point for any buyer / how much is the extra cost by giving shares in new private company unless merge with listed company in usa )

Triple witching in USA every 3 months and on Sept 16 impacted Usa shares and maybe Uk indirectly yesterday but not certain it’s the reason

Next results in October from 10 th to 21 st probably

Interesting insights - if they cleared their shorts after market , then less impact upwards on share price … than if they did it during day … 10 million shares at UT after only 1 million traded by lunchtime … definitely lots of unpredictable manipulation going on

On Tuesday given Usa markets retreat , not surprised to see Dark test 340 p …. and then head upwards towards 600 +++

Can anyone shed any light on this UT , Dark seems oversold :) !

Dark even if some at 900 p, I don’t see how big investors woukd be compensated for the 2500 p future price they woukd miss out on

Ok can TA / Sheltie or someone explain what was going on with UT and large volume suddenly appearing at end of the day … what manipulation or positions taken
