It probably would need to be a friendly buyout where the buyer can add value in many ways ( new clients in Usa , access to wider portfolio of tech , strategic advantages, investment in sustainable growth and scale ) not just money …. Who could fill those shoes ?

Same management, … the even if the price offered was XXXp a share , how can a buyer compensate the existing shareholders to give up the future potential of Dark share price and how much incentive would the potential buyer need to give to existing employees and management to accept too ?
