So if the scheme come out say Wednesday this week it will outline the timetable for a vote , 21 days from announcement of the scheme

That’s what I think I heard from Dark IR team

Then bids should come in by 10 days ( half way through the 21 days ) so exciting

TB made low low bid , so that they can “ Trump “ the higher bid at 700 p by offering 810 p ! Then done

You all have a week to 2 weeks to buy back in … if you believe a bidding war will start

HKK so far is right - the pound is strengthening weirdly against US dollar … now 125 to 127 and so far 620 p becoming less …

Dear God , please find a new buyer by June 10 th for Darktrace ( promise I will donate some of the extra profits to Charity ) or please God make a no vote happen so that TB need to offer more ..

Agree ( my spare Dark shares I invested in china funds now up 10 per cent or more already )

How ever a “ Surprise “ new bud could happen anytime and in that case wipe the smile off tone who sold out at 600 p to 620 p

Honestly it be be very strange with Nasdaq , S and P and US Dollar all high, for someone else not to come in and bid higher within 3 weeks...

Fact Darktrace investor relations also point out that not just Jeffries , the other representing shareholders interests

I agree I place more faith in Jeffries but wonder if they are actually trying to find another bidder

The schedule is clear - any other bidder has less than 5 weeks before the current vote to offer

Jefferies and Qatalyst partners are working in the best interest of shareholders - apparently

HKK yes exchange rate is a factor : but most important is the vote and whether another buyer emerges

Uk likely to cut interest rates first - so pound weakness and at least 620 p likely

Bravo likely to be the end buyer - however will there be a bidding war ie another buyer bids and then TB increases its original bid to get the prize to say 750 to 820

Or will more than 25 % of the vote say no , in which case Bravo increase to say 720 / 750

Or with a no vote the price of Dark drops back to around 520 p until a new bid arrives !
