1. the vote and scheme June 18 th
A new bidder has until June 18 th
Noon to appear
Secondly so far it looks like a Yes vote is highly likely because firstly KKR , the board and one other entity have already pledged their votes as yes ( 19 per cent ) … also other blocks of shares are already leaning strongly towards a yes vote
Remember that over 25 per cent of those who vote must say No , and apparently this is currently highly unlikely . So we can not rely on a no vote at all
2. Court case
There are 2 people not just Lynch in court
The second guy included a video testimony from
poppy .
Now if both by a miracle get fully acquitted fast , some days before June 18 , then that could change the vote dynamics
3. another bid ?
Still time for another bid , until
Noon on June 18
So far no sign
If there was a miracle no vote swayed by the result of the court case … then Thoma Bravo traditionally will not increase their offer …
If another bidder comes then Thoma Bravo might increase their offer
