The fact is no one knows (except those perhaps planning a takeover bid secretly ) have any idea if a higher bid will come in (including me)

The vote may or may not succeed

If you believe the Vote will succeed, and no other bids, feel free to sell all shares now (honestly if you can find a better share that can go up by more than 5 % in next 3 months why not)

Even if the Vote is no, I believe Dark will be at 600 p wiothin 6 months anyway...

So one reason I hold most shares now.....is for a higher bid to come along if it does, great, if not then move on to better shares

Zero or 88 per cent who knows ....what is sure no one knows if anothedr buyer will emerge .... but as still some time ....I give Dark a chance of a higher biddeer.... but certainly those who believe no other bidder will emerge is a fair view too

We just make our best guess

So I think Sheltie thinks it’s unlikely

I am now lowering my chance of a higher takeover bid from 69 % up 50 %

Investment bankers surely would need 2/3 weeks to get one of their clients to bid .. at least , certainly if nothing appears by around June 8 th or so … then I will start counting my chickens …

Our lucky charm, is Investment bankers are lacking work , why not use their time to find a buyer for Dark at say 6billion....or 7 billion...

Does anyone know how big a fee Investment bankers could make if the successfully find abuyer for Dark?

I sold around 7 per cent of my shares at 607 p around and invested the proceeds into china funds … so T least reduced my holdings fly around 7 per cent

Happy to hold 93 per cent of my Dark shares and can live with whatever happens

I hope TB does happen , but at a higher price

Another buyer comes in , offers say 720 p

And Tb offer say 800 p plus or minus and they finally win the prize

I will be shocked if the desperate investment bankers do not find another buyer

But who knows ? If nothing happens by say first week of June then that’s a bad sign for sure

So many investment bankers in different invest banks including Jeffries will want to tap their key clients like Microsoft Google and other players to see their appetite to bid for Dark

They have lots of time on there hands so we could see multiple offers and see Dark Rocket towards 900 p and eve. 950 p :)

It’s like losing a beloved wife too early , and finding a new wife 205 years younger with a lot of energy to keep me young ( or maybe girlfriend )

Actually after the next 2 bids to 720 and then final at 820 p ( within 42 days , 42 is the number that represents the meaning of life in a well know book ) I need to switch into shares that will wither be dividend aristocrats , or have 50 per cent upside in next 3 years

Probably 6 to 8 shares or funds ? So your best ideas on reasonably sized shares or funds are welcome in next 42 days

My back up plan is just to buy what ever Sheltie is buying … Lloyds or RR and follow is groups religiously
