Investors might actually have no fear of holding Dark for one , secondly over the weekend investment bankers might scramble with their clients to make a counter offer for Dark

Naturally Dark share price could rise on Friday

If people start to think a no vote could happen the price may still rise even if TB takeover collapse

This honestly is good news for Dark and Poppy ( she has already committed 19 per cent for yes with bod , let etc ) but now the rest of the shares might switch to a No vote .

Good question - so far most of the funds are apparently leaning towards a Yes vote ( I can only see a Lunch acquittal changing that if it happens in days ) and 19 per cent of the shareholders already promised Yes . So apparently highly likely the Yes vote will happen .

You are right , there is a 4.8 per cent upside around at current exchange rate and share price , but clever investors may not want to wait a few months so prefer to switch into more upside shares like a few have already done so .

For me the most exciting would be a new bidder next week !

My wild guess was a a new bidder will happen next week on Wednesday 12 th at 930 am Uk time and the new bidder will offer 690 p … then Thoma Bravo will increase to 750 p and all done ！

This would still be below 850 p more true value …

Why did board of directors use this time to bow out at a low price ?

So a new bidder seems the only way to get higher price
