RE: NAV2 Nov 2021 18:02
I personally don't think ARA (Zubairs) would be interested, they could have struck a deal any time since 2018 or even before if they had wanted to and why would they pay more now than they did for the 50% +29% of AEX that they already own? I am more than happy to be wrong as the best situation would be for more than one bidder, unlikely I know.
As for the 3D, it is due to begin on the 15th, I expect ARA will most likely deliver on or very close to that date. On the bright side, there appears to be a drought and lack of rains, potentially allowing the full 3D survey to be completed unabated.

"prolonged spells of drought are expected to start this November to next January, citing Mbeya, Mara, Songea, Rukwa, Iringa, Katavi, Dodoma and Songwe as among the regions that are likely to experience below-normal rains."
She further said that other regions to be affected are Ruvuma, Lindi, Mtwara and the Southern part of Morogoro.
'steve, agreed, they can't deliver anything meaningful on their strategy whilst they have Ruvuma to fund.
