Morning steve, agreed, most straight forward and honest interview I have seen. Either way it all boils down to them selling Ruvuma to deliver on their strategy in any meaningful way. Good to see the current AD plant producing revenues and higher EBITA than forecast, but that alone will not make SCIR a profitable company without replicating the model several times over.

Surprised at your summary SVS. I thought for once that the board were very clear on all points (within the constraints of inside information) I had every one of my questions answered, including the current revenues from the AD plant along with the fact they will be providing quarterly performance/revenue updates.

Hi vike, nothing new although they were extremely clear imo. They are ready to do more deals once they have sold Ruvuma with commercial negotiations ongoing. They have the cash for 1st phase of Seismic, which takes them up to some point when the expected rains shuts them down for 2 or 3 months.

I got the impression (and it is only that) that Ruvuma will be long gone before phase 2 of seismic.

Seems they are lining up their targets in preparation for the sale of Ruvuma, as they can't deliver on their ambitions without it.

I don't think shareholders would be interested in selling so close to the CH1 drill myself vike, I believe it is now or never for a sale, never because post CH1 it will either be a flop or more likely make the asset too expensive for the current players to pick up.

+1 vike, they have enough cash to buy SCIR's 25% of Ruvuma + Kili and farm in to AEX's portion of Kili + Nyuni.

Hold in there steve, it's all about Deal or No deal, Sale or No sale of the Tanzanian assets. Everything else the BOD here want to achieve is fully dependent on the sale.

About time we had an update on the plans, GSA in place, development licence in place, pipelines in place, lots of spare processing capacity, just need a producing well.

Next RNS will most probably be the spud date which needs to be before the end of next week to have any chance of hitting "Spudding the well is expected during early December 2021"

I expect, regardless of the results and 500 boped is the market expectation that they will need funding by the time flow testing is complete and the market most probably is pricing this is in.

Early December means before end week 2 imo, so not long.

Dan to be clear, I have never said that ref $20 million, I have repeatedly said that I don't think shareholders would accept anything less however. Actually I think $20 million is on the low side in terms of asset value, anyone getting it for around that price is likely to make a killing over the life of the field.

But good for you that's some more money on the table and I hope either one or both Charities benefit this Christmas. My choice is the salvation army please, always good to give a few people a Christmas meal.

Thanks Dan, glad I checked as we both know there is no chance in hell of a deal being offered, voted on by shareholders and signed and delivered before the 31st December, so not as generous as some might have thought. An offer between now and then however is a very different proposition.
