1.0 Aminex confirmed TPDC and PURA support
2.0 TPDC confirmed via tweet last week met their timescales
3.0 Aminex PR company confirmed yesterday that the expected date for EGM is still end November (although I am not sure quite how and expect slip to December)

I agree though Random, they would have been better sticking to a vaguer Q4 than a hared end November.

I thin the licence extension is close personally, the 25 year development licence though is another case completely, that was applied for back in September 2017 and I suspect that it won't be issued till post C-1 and that deeper target is confirmed as either gas or the elusive oil they have been looking for since the very first drill with Tullow.

Got to say I know nothing about arcm caddy but I see your comparison. All I do know is that the assets here are discovered and appraised (not sure if that is the case at ARCM or they just have inferred resources, still maters not)

But yes the extension licence is what is required here to implement the JV farmout and the spud date for the next drill & the implementation of the development plan.

The main asset here is Gas and lots of it, 25% of 5 Trillion Feet of gas over Ruvuma giip and almost 2 trillion feet over Ntorya, including 763 Billion cubic feet 2C

They just need the extension licence to get this show back on the road so they can get on with the next drill and development plan to production.

The bod did not buy 10% of the company for nothing, they are seasoned Oil & Gas professionals and understand the value here.

I assume if solo had sold all of Horse Hill then they would release an RNS as it would be a total asset disposal? all we know for sure is they are below 3% at the moment.

There is a lot that need to happen first steve, but I agree on the potential, it's not jam tomorrow based on a 25% wild cat drill or some possibility, there are real resources underpinning this share, discovered and appraised 5TCF giip and 763 BCF 2C with another drill planned and another 900 BCF giip targeted.

The licence extension is material as it enables the JV farmout with the Zubairs and the C-1 drill and the development plan to production, hence my disagreement with Caddy on this.

Yes there are risk, but a lot of the risk has already been taken with the L-1 drill, Nt-1 drill and the last drill NT-2.

Well sorry caddy maybe I misunderstood what you are saying, but the Mtwara licence extension over Ruvuma is an exploration licence extension over the 5TCF and 763 BCF 2C were you referring to the 25 year development licence?

Well very different process really Caddy a GSA negotiation is nothing like a licence extension negotiation as a licence extension does not set the price of gas to be sold for the next 25 years but a GSA does.

Of course in this case the Licence extension kicks off the JV partner farmout and the drilling of C-1.

Don't think the 2 events are at all comparable Caddy, one was a gas sales agreement for 7% of a few BCF this is a licence over the prolific Ruvuma basin and for 25% of 5TCF and 763 BCF 2C to solo.

Almost makes you wonder, why bother issuing an extension licence at all? why not just issue the 25 year development licence.
