Exactly BG, that is a critical pivotal decision for solo, if the TPDC fund the 33km pipe then they only need drill and 3D money and they have enough for C-1 + 3D today and they would only need to provision for any additional FFD wells.

Yep they even dropped the ask prior and held it down. Good broker it would seem.

I think the solo BOD will hold out till post C-1 drill BG - unless an offer came in assuming C-1 success of course.

Certainly after today the disparity seems exaggerated, 25% rise V a 2.5% rise? I guess when solo confirm their funding option for the FFD then there will be closer parity between the two. (not that aex have officially ;)

You could argue on the face of it that Aminex have 25% of the same asset and a market cap of £75 million V solo's £14 million makes solo a great buy with their £7.5 million in cash (ca) + other assets.

However aminex also have 63% of KN-1 + 100% of around 5 TCF GIIP over Nyuni and not forgetting the £30 million Cash and Carry post farmout.

A big buy here today £95,000 + a £65,000 buy at solo, seeems at least someone other than just me is holding both :)

A licence over the 5TCF and 763 BCF 2C certainly makes a material difference steve, as does the aex farmout and the commitment from the Zubairs to spend $105 million on the full field devlopment of the Ntorya portion of Ruvuma.

Not sure on being able to assign numbers to GIIP resources but the first 763BCF @ current KN-1 gas sales agreement rates is worth $2.5 billion gross cash in sales.

Yep, they no doubt had their broker negotiate with the MM's to hold the price, £65,000 at full ask should have rocked this up well over where it is now.

Don't think thats the case Frank, still every 1% rise @ Aex makes this look even better value than it already is - AEX mcap now £72 million (have a £30 C&C) for their 25% of Ruvuma and solo £14 million for their 25% of Ruvuma.

Yes, the previous sell was @ 1.801 and the price went up after the £95K buy, not down, it was just reported late.
