Correct, the outstanding money owed to Aminex and the JV in gas sales is greater than the amount claimed.

Seems to me a prime example of cultural Haggling this delay, just wish JB had done a good bit of haggling prior to accepting that farmout deal.

They either need to deliver the licence and circular post haste or at least update shareholders with their revised "expectations"

Just take a look at sound energy this morning (SOU) and their gas duster. Makes you feel good about the size of the discovered and appraised resources here!

Will feel even better when news of that licence or licences drops :)

I believe they said the 3D seismic will happen after they spud C-1 which is dependent on that licence that was not delivered last week. Aminex can't meet their November EGM date now.

Will we see the licence this week? I hope so, every week that delays pushes that spud date back!

I have used the website email form several times, including this week and have always had a reply within 24 to 48 hours from Camerco.

Certainly shareholders should be given an update asap - an RNS with the licence extension would be even better.

Quite agree the price is the price but does not necessarily represent the value. Real assets have real value regardless of the sp. Of course I could choose to invest in a Rainbow aim share with no assets.
